I liked everything but especially the heated pool which appeared sea side like despite being right near the town center, was extremely well maintained, with great tables for eating and hanging out, amidst palm trees, all meticulously taken care, hot tub, and. this oasis was within walking distance to all the town center amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets or Starbucks, so one doesnt even have to use the car. Rooms were flat like with nice kitchen, living area and balcony with a view to the pool. Many activities gymnastics in the pool, etc. Easy to park and carry bags to room by parking car at the same level as room suite.

The pool towel process is a bit too complicated

Bad-When closing the two card key entrance doors to room the noise is very loud. Would have liked a roll of kitchen paper towel I .E. Bounty. Would have liked 11:00 am checkout. Good- A spacious unit. Full kitchen. Heated pool and the dimensions are nice. Hot tub. The staff at all hours was professional and helpful.

I love this hotel. It was beautiful. It was a beautiful room. Love the patio. It felt so private. Bathroom is huge.

The hallways smelt a little pissy idk if that had something to do with the large amount of elders that were present. The room wasn't getting cold,it wasn't hot but it could've been a lot colder I tried to adjust the thermostat but it didn't work. Plus the hot water for the shower was not getting hot only warm. That sucked

I loved the size of the rooms, the cleanliness, the staff was helpful/friendly, everything worked, etc. etc.... location is fantastic. The pool and spa were great. ONLY cleanliness complaint was there was a gross paper towel sitting next to the pool for 2 days, weird because the pool area was really nice/clean/warm (heated pool!)

ONLY complaint was where our room was in the back by a busy road, but really it wasn't that loud at all. We sat out on the balcony often and it was very pleasant.

The location is great with easy access to Town Center and Publix.

The rooms are tired and badly in need of an update. The color scheme and furniture are from another century and a good interior designer is needed to make changes. The air conditioning system made a strange noise which ruined my peace of mind at night. Not sure if it was a power generator on the roof or something internal to the building but it was annoying.

The location of the property. The pool is amazing.

Knowing this is a resort they should try to make updates to the rooms, bathrooms. Very outdated. Also they should try to make room A available not only B which is the smaller room. I know they are remodeling the Addison side, hopefully on my next trip the Vizcaya is remodeled as well.

Very well located, supermarkets, restaurants and banks are all within a 5 minute walking distance. Room was spacious and clean. Covered parking garage is convenient. Pool activities are great!

Excellent location relative to Cleveland Clinic; town centre was a real treat. Appreciated the convenience and security of covered parking so near to room.

Wish there was keurig in the room for coffee. The full size coffee pot is a bit old school and makes more than you need.

Rooms nay be far from the reception depending on the one you get.
