beautiful hotel

We travel with two little dogs. Before booking, we called the hotel about a fee for the dogs. They told us that for two nights, the charge was $50. We asked if that was per night or total and was told $50 for both dogs, two nights. We were charged $100. That was disappointing because we called and were very clear. It's not our first time traveling with our dogs,

The rooms were beautiful and they offered a large assortment for breakfast along with piping hot coffee.

The only down side was the lack of water presser. We were on the six flour and the water completely shut off three times while showering. I was concerned I would not get the shampoo out of my hair. Even the sink pressure was very low. It could have been due to the floor we were on but it was challenging. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful and the staff was terrific!

The staff was excellent. The room was spacious. The fridge was spacious. The breakfast was delicious, abundant and consisted in a variety of different choices. The coffee was abundant and had a variety of types. The tv is large and has HBO and most cable and local networks.The cleaning staff is fast, friendly and excellent. The hotel is clean and well staffed.

Absolutely nothing.

We love the lady in charge of breakfast, Tamara, we are very grateful to her, she checked for us if the bagels were kosher and took the time to confirm it for us. 🥰 Everyone was very nice, thanks!!!

The door of the bathroom opens very near to the toilet . And the drawers under the tv are in the middle of the way. The lighting was a little poor.

The location was perfect

We got our room ! King size bed! Opened our door the floor was dirty from construction I guess! Was never cleaned! I had to go down stairs! And they only had two queens left! I said fine! No problem! But we traveled 6 hours and was tired! The room should have been clean! To warm in our room! Could not control temperature!

Furniture of this hotel are modern and beautiful. Clean rooms and facilities well maintained, excellent breakfast, overall I would say an excellent hotel.

The front desk staff could be more cordial and empathetic.

Customer service from Marco was exceptional...very pleasant and helpful.

The elevator was very slow and uber had to wait a little longer which incurred an extra charge

The property is well located just off 1-75 in Weston, and is surrounded by a small Plaza with restaurants, Avis car rental etc., the hotel staff is amazing and very friendly.

A little noise due to some construction on the property during the day, but we were out most of the time so it didn’t matter.

The hotel is in good conditions, very clean and confortable beds. Also the location is great if your are working within Westonç Davie area.

They gave me a room in ground floor near the back door exit. It had noice from guest and staff coming in and out disturbing my sleep

clean, confortable bed and great pillows ... quiet , i had very good sleep. location is great ..

the only thing that i dislike is that bathroom need a tiny bit more of maintenance... water leak a bit from shower bunot a major esseu ..
