Newly renovated. Quite. Clean.

Watch when you book and add $ breakfast to stay. Nope. Booking.com does not notify hotel. So when u ask they say NO Breakfast. Employer told me that booking.com has to put it in the reservation and they did not and they usually don’t therefore, when you pay for the extra breakfast, you don’t get it. Thankfully to Louis at the front desk. and me showing him the difference in the cost of if I didn’t get breakfast to what I paid he did acknowledge that. And I am a Marriott member. Also be aware you have to pay for parking. The hotel is super clean. Staff is amazing and breakfast was awesome.

It’s been renovated and everything was spotless. Bed was comfortable.

Being charged for parking at this location was ridiculous. It’s not like there’s a demand for parking here. Could’ve walked from next door and paid nothing. Housekeeping every other day so no one empties your trash or makes your bed? Not even a small bottle of lotion? One tiny hand soap? Clocks time was incorrect and no one knew how to correct it. For these prices? No ice machine? Have to walk to the bar for ice? Courtyard has certainly lowered its standards. I’ll try Hampton Inn next stay.

The front desk personnel were friendly, professional and personal. They listened well and were service driven. They used our surname, and upon exiting inquired about the birthday party we attended. Clearly, they were well trained. As a former service coach and executive who trained these skills I was impressed with the level of attention and service excellence.

The parking signs were confusing. The signs reflected parking fees most likely for other purposes?

The best of my stay was the complimentary shuttle to Cleveland Clinic at Weston.

Well, I was surprised to learn at check-in that cleaning is not done daily, but we can request when needed. It didn't really matter to me but the information should be published on the website.

The clean good smells in room , beds comfortable !

No breakfast included, the phone didn’t get answered at front desk ! Had to go down personal! To get more toilet paper and plunger, in lobby was Starbucks but no one to assist finally asked front desk to assist ! Should be a note to ask

The hotel was super clean and the bed was comfortable! The shower was so wonderful! Loved the room and how clean everything was.

The staff in front could be a little more nice and didn’t like I had to pay to park my car and there was no parking spaces, like how else would you get to a hotel besides taking your car, never had to pay to park my car ever before at any hotel, so that was the downside

The rooms are very comfy and spacious, the view was really nice and the gym its very much appreciated! But the best part is their team! Raul, Stefani, Nestor and the rest of the team made us feel better than at home! Talented group of people + great infraestrcuture = Home Run!

The toilets are a pain to flush

We were able to check in late without any issue. The man at the front desk made it so easy to check in and he was the MOST pleasant person I've ever encountered in the customer service industry by far! It was 1 am and I was beyond tired and her really lifted my spirits!

The rooms were comfortable and recently renovated. This made our lengthy stay away from home much more bearable.

I was not too fond of the fact that we were charged for parking, especially with a 9-night stay. However, I'm grateful to the shift manager for offering a discount on that.

I stayed here before cruising and the location to the port was good considering this property was much cheaper than those close to the port. I was a solo female traveller and also felt very safe. I had a really comfortable stay. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff were all friendly!

The general price of the restaurant was very expensive and also the shop in the hotel (which I understand is a convenience store so that’s expected). But for the quality of the breakfast it was pricey. The housekeeper did knock on my door at 11 which I don’t think she should have done (to check if checked out -check out is 12)
