I loved the room. One of the best rooms I have rented . Love the fact that there was a kitchen in the room. Sink,big refrigerator,dishwasher, dishes and plenty of table like space to eat for two at the same time. Loved it.

Although I like the breakfast options, I didn't enjoy the taste. Loved the waffles (wish there was more than one flavor to eat) . Loved the bangles (again, wish there was more than one kind of bagel 🥯). I didn't enjoy the omelet.(didn't taste good). I didn't enjoy the turkey bacon (i Loved that it was turkey but it didn't taste good). I like the fact that there were biscuits (but they weren't baked rite and didn't taste good.needed to be baked a little more). Instead of the cold cuts, would of enjoyed maybe grits,homefries,hashbrowns, etc.

Easy to get to from Miami airport, quiet neighbourhood, near plenty of shops for food etc. Good having a small kitchen. Staff were very helpful. Nice little swimming pool and fitness room. Laundry facilities, lots of car parking. Close to the Everglades cruise port (30 mins drive). The reception and other staff were always delightful.

Beds were too soft for my taste. Breakfast had few healthy options except porridge and reasonable coffee (latter provided all day). Would be much more useful if the kitchen had a gas or electric hob and more and wider variety of cutlery.

The service at this hotel is outstanding—everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Traveling with my cat, I appreciated the warm reception we received. The location is convenient and safe, with great facilities. The breakfast is good, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The carpets could use a deeper cleaning to feel fresher, and the Wi-Fi speed could be improved, especially for guests who need to work or stream during their stay. Despite these minor issues, it was a great experience overall!

The girl working at the front desk at the time we arrived and the second and third nights we were there was awesome. She offered to make us cookies and that was extremely sweet and welcoming. We were there for the Taylor Swift concert and the photobooth with props was set up was a very special touch. I would’ve never expected all of those small touches from a hotel and my expectations were beyond exceeded. The breakfast (chocolate waffles and muffins/sausage and cheese breakfast sandwiches) was also really good!

We were in room 214. We heard a dog barking across from our room every night. It would’ve been nice to have been offered room or just the bathroom cleaning in case we needed it. Our room had a faulty toilet that had a very loud and continuous noise after flushing.

Breakfast was very disappointing, no meats, small selection of items besides the waffle. overall appearance and cleanliness were good. Staff were good, helpful and courteous

The 1st room we were assigned had an odor. Receptionist apologized & gave us another room quick, that room had some bugs crawling on the A/C unit (didn't mention it). Tub had some crack / chips in it, looked like mold but wasn't. The breakfast buffet was very disappointing, small selection besides the waffle and no breakfast meat.

a very nice quiet place with many amenities such as two beds and a very comfortable sofa bed, kitchenet wit tools and dishwasher. Breakfast was very good and plenty of options.

The pool was very dirty and cold, despite being in Florida, It could have been heated, and there was no bathroom inside the pool either. I also requested a late checkout after booking, and they only gave me 20 minutes.

The room was spacious and had the necessary facilities. It was well looked after. The staff were friendly and polite. It was cosy and comfortable It is a place I would come back again

The breakfast was repetitive and fruits were not fresh.

Breakfast was good, egg omelet, muffins, cereal, waffles, sausage and egg on English muffin; juices and coffee and fruit. Also they bake cookies everyday after 3pm.

My room was on the side close to the highway so could hear the traffic when falling asleep but the rooms were very clean and and comfortable.

I thought it was great in that if felt soundproof. I could rest comfortably. I felt safe in this location - rather remote in a good way.

Although I do not want another room by the elevator because I could hear visitors loudly as they got on/off the elevator daily. That is the only drawback really.

Outstanding breakfast, excellent laundry facility, friendly helpful staff, comfy bed, BATHTUB!!, nice pool tho a little chilly.

Wish there was a closer place to get dinner I was quoted $191 on line but paid $221. Seems quite pricey.
