I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, the professionalism of the staff, and the service they provided. I liked the way how the staff immediately addressed my concerns about the lock on the back door not working, which is a safety issue. The location is great and the breakfast was good. I was traveling alone and felt very secure coming in and out of the hotel.

The only area that has room for improvement is the WiFi connection and the room did have ants in it, but those was minor problems, compared to my stay overall.

Lisette and entire staff were awesome. It was a busy weekend here at the residence inn filled with kids and outages but, the staff remained professional and courteous as they treated every matter diligently. The hotel itself is nice but with the few issues occurring , hotel louder than usual with more kids than usual, and the internet losing connection for a few hours .. I would still go back because of the staff. :) thank you!

The room was clean. It had everything I needed to prepare my own meals. The location is great, very close to the grocery stores and Target.

The breakfast, everyone don’t eat pork, so the omelette should be with and without meat. I like the idea of serving breakfast it’s a good thing.

The staff was very responsive to my request for a higher floor. They efficiently found me one & checking in was a breeze. I am an Marriott rewards member & the employee was able to adjust my rate, thanks!

The room was not cleaned during my stay from Thursday to Monday of the following week. I had to ask for additional towels, but that request was also handled efficiently.

The breakfast was exceptional and a real value! The staff that served the breakfast daily was very welcoming and service oriented. The location was excellent!

The photo in the room made it appear like there was a full stove inside the unit. The locks on the doors experienced problems for the entire time we were there this was a great inconvenience. I also would have liked to see a security presence on the property.

The Room was big, the kitchen area was definitely a plus, I loved the fact that we were able to bring our pet with us, The breakfast selection had variety and was delicious, really enjoy it, hotel location was perfect, we could go anywhere and was 15-20 minutes distance. Definitely looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommended it.

That the room wasn't clean daily even tho I requested it prior to our arrival, we took our pet out while the room was getting cleaned up every time. also the towels were not switched daily, I was able to find a housekeeper and she was very nice and got me new clean towels, I really appreciated it.

Convenient location, good breakfast, helpful staff

What i liked about the hotel was the rooms where so clean and very pretty! Everything was so organized and in its place. The bed was so comfy!

Only thing I didn't like was the parking situation. We had to park very far from the building because it was full. Other thing I didn't like was the construction going on. Was kind of annoying.
