Very close to Hard Rock stadium and I was going for a concert there!

Overall was very nice but we came in at 1 am for check in and the person doing the check was so not interested in giving advice about the shuttle to the Hard Rock stadium. Seems he was not there for us. Then came back from the concert at 2 am and we had trouble scanning some items and he was there and didn’t even try to help!

The staff was nice. Night desk agent Joel was helpful with my room issue. The fitness center is nice and clean. The lobby has a nice scent and very clean. The room was clean and spacious.

The bathroom was very small. Did not like the fact that suites come with a shower/tub combination, while standard king rooms come with a walk in shower. The breakfast options are average at best, not much to choose from.The television stopped working only upon second time turning it on/. Maintenance came up to fix. Also biggest issue was that i was woken up at 6am to the smell of smoke. I could smell it coming from my bathroom. reeked of weed. Quickly went downstairs to advised front desk. Could have been from floor below me. This is a nonsmoking hotel. The odor woke up my girlfriend who had a flight out in the morning. Aside from this issue, it was a pretty good short stay. I would have rated a 9 if it wernt from the smell of weed coming from the bathroom.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Parking was comfortable. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The place looked very clean, but...

At night, i saw a tiny insect on my nightstand (like a miniature ant.) In the morning, I had three insect bites near my elbows. Something needs to be done concerning insects in the bed area. And even though the breakfast area and staff are very nice, the scrambled eggs didn't taste good. The first day we had the choice of boiled eggs, which were good. Coffee was nice.

It was a good locating for traveling around the lower half of Florida. There is great restaurants close by and the staff was very nice breakfast was different every morning we were there.

The outside gates didn't unlock at night so you had too walk all the way through the weight room too get too the pool

The property was nice. We did have an issue with our room not being cleaned. After that, we didn’t bother to have them clean it. I requested towels, washcloths and toilet paper from the front desk when needed. They need to work on making sure rooms are cleaned. We ended up on our 4th night seeing a huge roach we had to kill that came in our room. Very gross.

The hotel.was clean. Staff was nice.

When i booked, i was suppose to pay at hotel. However, on my way out of town, i learned that they had already charged or had a hold on my funds which caused a great delima with me traveling. Called the booking agency the blamed the hotel. Call the hotel they blamed the agency. No one was willing to resolved my issue which resulted in my family having to be seperated during our trip.

Although the breakfast was just average, I did like the hot make-yourself waffles. Very pleasant staff. We spent the evening sitting out on the spacious patio. It was a very warm evening, so the shaded patio, nice view, tables, and overhead fans provided space for a relaxed dinner and lovely, long conversation. Without a car, dinner delivery was a must for us.

The hotel was a long way from the Ft Lauderdale airport and cruise terminal, both of which we used. Other than the location, everything was great. Oh, except for a lack of regular black tea! Tea drinkers, BYO.

I’ve stayed here before and I always liked this location.

I didn’t like that the cleaning lady on the 3rd Floor ONLY spoke Spanish. She was a nice lady and she did her best but she wasn’t able to understand any English. So she could not provide me with the things I needed.

This is a great place to stay for relaxation. It sits off a busy highway and gives a luxury resort feel.

Everything was great! Clean, near by restaurants and stuff to do! I stayed here but went to Hialeah which was about 20 minutes from here! The staff were super nice and welcoming! Breakfast was your typical breakfast LOL but good!
