Everything was good.

They could look for a way for people that are able to pay cash at the property. Without a debit or credit card, they don’t or don’t even look for a way to accommodate you. I had to help a guest to assist. The guest gave me cash en I book a room for them. Otherwise they would sleep in a hotel. But everything of the hotel was wonderful.

More affordable price, clean and comfortable bed linen and towels.

When entering the hallway and room there is a bad smell. I understand that it is because the physical structure of the hotel is old and the hotel is a 2-star hotel, so for me this is not a problem.

I didn't like several things: Right at the reception there is an air freshener that hurts people who are allergic, when I was checking it hit me directly in the face and I was sick, I got sick. Allergy people should be taken into account before using air fresheners like this. At breakfast time, they should not allow people who come in for breakfast to do so in inappropriate clothes. They should take care of the outdoor areas a little more, some are neglected.

The staff was excellent, very accommodating, nice and professional. Some of the cleaning ladies were not very friendly at all.

There was a marijuana roach in front of my door when I moved in. There were just not enough channels on the television, no movie channels at all.

The front desk staff is not friendly they don’t make you feel welcome and don’t greed you when you come in. They need to tone it down. They should take a welcoming training.

When a lizard got in my room my wife was scared she's scared of all insects and animals.

Love the plentiful breakfast and the non-conjestion of people in the lobby. I liked finding adequate lighted parking in front. I enjoyed the quietness on the 2nd floor.

Staff was wonderful and helpful with my family. The room was the perfect size for our 1-day stay, and my family enjoyed the pool for a while. The morning coffee, breakfast options were great. The staff was wonderful, making sure that all of the guests had the selections they needed and the coffee was always fresh.

We did not actually spend enough time at the site to find anything wrong or that we did not like, and I won't say that there were, but we did not encounter anything wrong.
