The hotel is accessible through an industrial area, but the immediate surroundings are nice and have a suburban character. It has a huge, free parking lot. The breakfast is very generous and delicious, and it was the only place during our stay in Florida, where allergens were clearly indicated next to every single dish. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We didn't have time to try the pool, but it looked nice.

The lady at the front desk wasn’t the nicest. We were staying in Miami for a cruise. When we googled how far it was away from the port it told me 15 min but turns out to be like 30 mins away from the port but I’m still very happy with the stay and would stay here again

There were plenty of staff, and all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was amazing. They kept everything well stocked and very clean and efficient. We all liked the ice water with lemon/oranges in it. The hotel and our room were both very clean.

A lot of people were complaining about the wait time for the elevators. The bed was comfortable, but not as comfortable as the beds at Best Western for sure.

Perfect for seeing Miami by car. Central located for malls and shopping. Everything was on 20-45 min drive. Free parking, breakfast was basic, but perfect to start the day. Everything was perfect for our little family. Clean towels every day. Quick clean up every morning. It was the best combination of a studio apartment with hotel service!

We had the king room with the sofa bed for our daughter. That bed was not really comfortable to sleep on. So she slept most of the night between us unfortunately.

I loved the size of this unit & the kitchen set-up which enabled us to organise our own breakfast, etc. The rooms were quiet, modern, clean, a good size. I liked the free parking, too. We had 2 nights here and then headed downtown for 2 nights to be "closer to the action." Doral is a nice neighbourhood nearby (not so much Hialeah...) & you get a lot more bang for your buck compared with South Beach, downtown, etc. So as long as you have a car and don't mind a bit of a drive I'd recommend it.

Nothing that can be done, but the location really is "off the beaten track!" It's fairly handy to the airport and the Everglades (one of our activities on our first full day in Miami), but a long way from anything else.

We stayed at the one bed suite with kitchenette and dishwasher, loved it. Wifi was great. Tv stations, with your netflix and youtube accounts you can watch via the TV, swimming pool. Washing machine available on the ground-floor would have loved it each suite though but still worked out. Very serene environment. Quite a distance from the city center about 21minutes but worth it for us.

Breakfast meal needs to be reviewed, if certain items finish before breakfast end time, they are not replaced. So you need to come early.

Breakfast was delicious, quite a few options to choose from. Breakfast staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, sometimes I'd ask for something a little different or a specific fruit and they would help if they could. I was post-op & in tons of pain but they definitely gave me something to smile about each morning.

There was no smokers receptacles for the people who would lay out by the pool and smoke. Could definitely benefit from a few more pool loungers. Couldn't seem to get the room temp to register correctly.

They raised my rate over $200 the last few days

Very well kept. Except there was only one dryer in the laundry room that was working. The breakfast has good variety daily. I still can’t get over how clean the hotel was. The one draw back is that the pullout bed from the sofa was very uncomfortable and springy.

Really enjoyed everything offered.

Breakfast closed at 9 am, there were people in the room where breakfast was served and the door was closed in my face. My fault for not getting there until 9:06, but I think it would have been nice to be able to grab something quickly.
