It was an amazing resort and definitely a pleasure to stay at one of the World Famous Trump resorts. We came from Los Angeles to visit Miami and it was wonderful. The staff was mostly excellent, and breakfast was fantastic. We even had a surprise visit by the President himself which made it a memorable stay!

Although the staff was mostly excellent and professional, at check out we had some questions about some of the charges, as all guests do when they check out. We were met with a couple of front desk girls named Mana and Sara that were awful and very unpleasant. They rolled their eyes and huffed and puffed about any questions that we raised. It is not at all how you’d expect to be treated as a guest after a week long stay at such a luxury resort. Even after we settled the bill we could overhear them laughing and making fun of us while we were exiting the hotel. I suspect Trump would have fired them for such grotesque behaviour.

Building are only 3 floors. It has the feel of a resort and not a hotel. Quality of the finishes (tiles, faucets, bedroom furnishings and sheets) are lovely. We had a wonderful cleaner (don’t know whom) who on the first three days we were there meticulously cared for details-putting cosmetic on a small rag, making a pocket pouch for glasses etc.

 -Put Face Towel holder to the left and right of sinks. -the room 2205 is for more than one person. There’s only one bath towel holder behind the bathroom door. One can easily be installed to the left if the bath door. -it’s so cumbersome to self park and walk to your room. Especially if it’s hot and/or you’re carrying bags. Carts are usually available, and sometimes very promptly. But there was a function on Friday?and we waited at least 10 minutes for a cart. We had lots to carry or we would have walked. More carts need to be made available to assist guests. -quality of toilet paper and shampoo/cond do not at all reflect the standard I expected at the hotel.

My go to destination when I go to Miami. Always an oasis of tranquility, relaxation and overall good feeling. Great rooms, great service, plus, you get to stay in the same place as "the man". Plenty of parking, great to reach places, outside of the busy center but still close enough to all the good stuff. Pro shop was awesome. Found MAGA hats made in the USA on top of plenty of other Trump merch.

One of the time we didn't have a fridge in the room. Staff was nice enough to bring us one. Also, sometimes is quite hard to get a golf card to get you back fromt he parking lot. On the other hand a little exercise doesn't hurt.

In the restaurant all the staff members were welcoming . Mr Mannie was awesome. When he found out my wife was in the hospital every day he asked me about her when she came out he showed great empathy. He also remembered us from our last visit.

Friendly helpful staff..lovely grounds and a few nice restaurants to choose from...Great shower pressure ;) and comfy beds ..good food even though it is a little pricey for the everyday camper.. treat yourself your worth it!!! If your not playing golf and just want to relax theres an excellent pool area with pool bar/restaurant available ...Say hi to Elvis the manager hes a great guy too ;)

No mosquito repellent device on the balconies ..which was very much needed in the evenings... I was disappointed that there wasnt more cotton/linen clothing available in the Trump Stores on site...Most of the Golf clothing was made from polyester and not cotton. Polyester = low frequency material whereas cotton/linen = high frequency material...wearing high frequency clothing = high frequency bodies that PLAY BETTER GOLF MR TRUMP ;)

Everything! The staff was exceptional in their hospitality skills, every single one of them, from the valet to the house keeper! This hotel made my husband’s birthday a day we’ll remember for a long time. They went above and beyond helping me to celebrate my mister. All I wrote in the notes at booking was our celebration and upon checking into our room a chocolate and gold cake was presented on the table with “happy birthday “ written in chocolate with a birthday card for him! Later a bottle of wine was sent to our room, such a kind gesture. Then later in the evening for his birthday dinner, they provided us with beverages to toast to his birthday with a song and chocolate layered cake! This place is outstanding and now my husband says we’ll have to visit all of Trumps hotels !

Not one thing

The property is truly a beautiful stay, I would 100% come back. The comfort of the bed is the best I have ever had in a hotel and I travel quite a bit. The grounds are amazing, beautiful and clean.

I do feel like everything is a money grab, they add so many extra charges on at the end and it does come as a shock, an example is they charge you for cappuccino in the free breakfast, shouldn’t it be free? But overall I still enjoyed the hotel so much and didn’t want to leave so I would still come back just with a more empty pocket.

The hotel is stunning as are the grounds. The golf course amazing. The food delicious, but the staff were absolutely Brilliant! The hospitality at Trump National is over the top!! I’ve never been so pampered as I was here during our stay!Trump National Doral offers Superior quality and Elegant charm throughout the property. Definitely Five-Star in my opinion and I’m already planning my next visit! Special thanks to Sebastian for making my husband’s birthday Extra Special!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed at Gary Player's Villa which was well appointed with all his iconic championship portraits depicting classic swings and supported by his famous quotes - "The more I practice, luckier I get". We had lovely room with balcony where we were able to relax and take away all our travelling stress. Breakfast was sumptuous and well presented. Dinning was exceptional as well with wide good beverage options.

I would have expected parking charges to be relatively less for those who stayed at Trump but that was not the case. We were charged at full price of a lost ticket. I would have thought that those who do stay at resort will have parking fees waived off. Parking was huge and various car parking lots were available. Also, the card reader is located at the bottom of ticket machine so to get to card reader and open gate is bit of a faff. Couple of times I dropped card and had to reverse car, park it and open the gate by standing at the machine and rushing back in the car. It can be worst when its raining.
