The $17.99/ day parking fee. This property didn't lend for such a charge. There were no pots in the kitchenette and when I requested they took an hour to provide me with two rather worn saucepans with no lids. Ask to have my room cleaned for a 2nd time on the morning of the 5th day of a 7 day stay and all they did was placed a bag with fresh linens, towels, refills for the shampoo and conditioner dispensers and a few bars of soap at the door.

friendly and knowledgeable staff , great location, walking distance from plaza, entrance building and pool area were clean great location for the rooms very spacious, sound is great in the rooms to not hear neighbors. room had washer and dryer unit

the room its self was slightly dirty, the shower in the main bathroom floor had a sticky substance all over it, all door handles on both sides were sticky or had black smears around it and dirty floor, bed had hairs in it. but the bed was made and counters were clean

The room was extremely spacious. Beds were memory foam so I slept extremely comfortably. Shower products were bath and body works stress relief sets (needed that) The food in the restaurant I paid for separately but it was sooooooo good. Great water pressure. Hot and cold water and Air condition was always at the right temperature. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The Bellman were the best. Definitely staying here again

The drinking water. It was really hard on my stomach. I recommend having different brands to sell like Aquafina and Dasani

As an avid traveler, I've stayed at Provident twice now, and I can confidently say that it's one of the most beautiful hotels I have visited. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made my stay all the more enjoyable. Despite its size, the hotel's prices are very reasonable - a rare find in the hospitality industry. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and they were always immaculately clean. I did have a minor issue with the bath, but the hotel staff were quick to resolve the problem and had it fixed within half an hour. I was impressed with the level of service, and it's the primary reason why I'm already planning on returning to Provident.

Should provide at least one roll of paper towel.

Enjoyed our stay! Staff was absolutely amazing. Like the location, like the size and layout the villa/apartment it was just right for my family.

Did not like that check-in was at 4 PM, rather a 3 PM check-in. At 9:52 AM house keeping was knocking on the door ready to clean, checkout is scheduled for 11 AM, that was a negative, please understand the staff was not rude at anytime, they were polite. Just thought the knock would be more like 11:01, not before. I think 412 needs a refresh on the furniture, pieces appeared old and worn, one of the dresser draw wouldn’t open, the master closet door one part of the door was peeling and the TVs are super old. The sofa bed kit sholuld have a regular white fluffy comforter, not just the brown blanket which should be refreshed as well, they look dated and worn. Lastly, not really a big deal this is Florida but only around the sink and refrigerator were tiny ants.

Everything was excellent. First time I honestly felt at home while abroad, Came to the gate and guard was laid back, informative and ensured we were even in the right place. The elegance of establishment was breathtaking family couldn’t believe what amazing deal we had. Overall from staff to cleanness, outstanding service for the cost.

Parking lot needs a little more room

it is not just a hotel , it is a resort beautiful gardens and environment, quiet

the staff was not cooperative, they didn't clean the rooms at all during our stay the reception not available 24 hours a day

The size of the rooms and location were perfect. Our stay was filled with great memories. OMG the size of the bathroom was awesome.

Hot water in the whirlpool and shower didn’t get hot. We had to call for maintenance, and if you moved the shower head water would go over the glass door and wet up the entire bathroom floor. The only person that spoke English was the front desk staff. No business center, however the front desk helped out with printing documents needed.

Everything except the rude gate keeper on night shift

Although I loved my room I was assigned , my one negative thing to add to all the wonderful compliments is that I had a very nasty approach and rude across the board from the woman that supposedly is security at the fare during night shift. I also encountered a issue at check in because my room wasn't finished for quite sometime even after the check in time had begun. However the staff was very accommodating in allowing later check out to suffice for the inconvenience. I do appreciate that. And they also took my complaint against the rude staff member. Otherwise everything about the room was great and wonderful size

We have stayed at this hotel many times now and still love it. Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Gated complex makes you feel calm and secure. The restaurant on premises is really good. Right across the street there are many places to go to, including restaurants, bars and shopping.

The place was not very clean but nothing too harsh, stained floors and carpet. The rooms are definitely in need of a renovation. The aircon unit by the corner apartment that we stayed in is very noisy
