I stayed about a month. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. It was a great area with a gas station right across the street where you can get food, frozen coffees or snacks. Plenty of food options nearby, and it felt very safe. All of the people in the office were helpful and kind. They answered any questions I had. And when I made a mistake in the booking they treated me with kindness instead of indifference or rudeness. They made the stay worthwhile. Even the maintenance folks were fast and helpful.

I had a corner room that was sometimes noisy

THE MOST INTERESTING THING FOR ME WAS WHERE THE HOTEL IS LOCATED. I TRAVELED WITH AN ELDERLY PERSON. WE HAD THE BUS STOP LESS THAN 5 MINUTES WALK. THE HOTEL IS A LITTLE OLD BUT THE ROOM WAS EXCELLENT AND THE STAFF SUPER NICE.

The remote control for the TV was not working properly; also I did not like fact there you could not get a little laundry detergent on properly to do your laundry

For the price was a pretty decent stay and the area was also very quiet and calm.

There’s only one elevator in one building, and when traveling with elders or someone with disabilities it is a bit of a challenge if it not specified when making the reservation.

This place has been amazing especially taking me in last minute since my other location had to be cancelled due to personal issues there. I will be staying at this location.

It was decent for a short stay, lots of choices for restaurants, nice and friendly staff..

Close to airport landing airplanes, bathroom didn't have a fan.

mario (front desk) was very respectful and ccurteous towards me. he'll be an great asset to your company. As usual, jeanine makes it her business to get me checked-in with a suite of my choice when available, she's the best! housekeeping does an outstanding job with the cleaning of the rooms. i've never had a complaint about their duties.
