I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The hotel itself was well-maintained and comfortable, providing a great atmosphere for relaxation. The location was also perfect—within walking distance of a bank, several restaurants, and stores, making it very convenient. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is a great choice. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was speaking english fluently (not obvious for Miami) and they were all kind and helpful. My visit was in January 2024. The room and the hotel in general was 100% clean. Great advantages are the luggage storage after cheking out and before your flight and the free shuttle transfer they offer.

Tha location depends on what do you aquire. It is really close to the airport so it helps not to lose your flight if traffic around is huge. But not that close from the center if there is any traffic.

Breakfast is good and well organized, rooms are spacious, clean. The concierge team is very friendly and supported me solving internet issues efficiently. Thanks Fotis. Working table very good and air conditioning is not noisy.

Internet is v e r y slow, shower is very low pressure, difficult to adjust - either you have it too hot or too cold with little water running.

From reception to the bartender to housekeeping - staff was exceptional. Clean property, as a single female traveler on business I feel safe. I’ve stayed at other hotels around the Doral area and have had less than pleasant experiences however I will stay here again! It was fantastic in every way!

The breakfast was great and the kitchen staff was great. Level of cleanliness was great. Overall comfort was excellent, the bed and pillows were excellent although the bed was a bit higher than usual. Proximity to the airport served us well. The bar although small, was convenient and the staff was excellent, we loved the "Happy Hour" concept.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Jorda at the front desk and Gonzalo and Rodney at the bar.

I would have liked if there was a shuttle to the airport, but it's not a deal breaker.

What I didn't like was that I went to the reception to ask for housekeeping service to clean the room and they never came to clean the room, I was there four nights.They didn't change my blankets or your towels, they didn't take out the trash or anything.

Love this hotel. Everything about it was great. It was close to several food places both fast food and restaurants. It’s close to shopping areas and the airport.Bed was comfortable and my room was very clean. The pool area was very nice and clean too. The staff were very helpful and check in was quick and easy.

The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfy. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good

The airconditioning was old and very noisy. I’m a light sleeper and struggled to stay asleep once it turned on during the night. However, the temperature was good

Staff at the reception is very nice. I like the fact that you can have fresh coffee for free in the morning.

The gym should be more equipped and it is not very clean. I suggest to give the option to get only few things during the breakfast.
