Most of all the front desk clerk I think her name is Monica or masia the very young lady she is the best. Customer friendly, very efficient and knows her job well . She does her job with a smile each day.i have been coming for the last 5 years, twice a year in May and also in September am from the Bahamas work in the hotel Atlantis for 20 years I know about good service thank you all for the service.will see you back in September for another 2 weeks.

The service, Monica or masia give.please upgrade the breakfast.fruits, tea . Regular milk.

Front desk Staff was # 1, & very helpful getting us checked in early because we had lots of luggage. She also helped us get the limo on depart day. The room was great.

Free breakfast was included but there was only Granola Bars and coffee. No muffins or croissants or anything simple like that. They used to have muffins at least but that’s gone now. Should not advertise free breakfast if there are only granola bars to eat. The shuttle wasn’t working and couldn’t pick us up from the airport like it said when I booked. These are the two main reasons for booking this hotel but was not available and I was travelling with family. Not sure if I can trust staying here again after they advertise free breakfast and shuttle service, but none of both were available when we actually got there. We needed these 2 options. It caused a lot if problems not having a shuttle travelling with family and luggage. Had to find Uber for ourselves.

The room was beautiful and super clean. I loved that there was no carpet. I also loved that there was no daily room service as I really don't like strangers in my private space. The staff was very helpful. The area was safe and had what we needed.

The bathtub could use a deeper clean.

The lady that checked us in was a little on the rude side. Didn’t really say anything just expected me to know what she wanted. She never mentioned that the pool was closed which is part of the reason I booked the hotel

The hotel is near to the airport, which was very important for us, cause we had flights early in the morning. It was overall clean. Our room had a little kitchen, you can pick up kitchenware and dishes from the reception. The hotel staff was very friendly and easy going, they helped us with any questions. The price is absolutely ok for Miami.

There are no supermarkets around the area. It can get loud sometimes, because of the highway and the planes, but we this was absolutely ok for as, as we wanted to stay near the airport.

Everything very clean. The staff is very friendly, they speak Spanish and English. The room is equipped with everything you need to spend several days or just one night. near the airport. 300% cleaning.

The breakfast they offer should be less basic and provide more options, compared to other places that offer the same included breakfast service at a lower price with more breakfast options. (Breakfast was coffee and a nutrition bar just that.)

The quietness of the place. The staff was very polite. Very economical for leisure with friends or family.

Wasn't informed before of the latest deposit policy. Any changes made after booking should be shared with the prospective occupant.

property was nice and clean. very spacious. Jada at checkin was amazing! Jada deserves a raise!! keep her happy, she made us have such a great first impression about your property. provided maps for tourist locations and dining recommendations.

AC unit was loud. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room.
