The Home2 Suites By Hilton Miami Doral West Airport hotel is located in a commercial area. Nearby are cafes and restaurants suitable for lunch and dinner. The onsite breakfast adequate with fresh fruit, waffles, toast, bacon, sausage, fruit juice, coffee, tea, etc. The staff is exceptional. Excellent customer service and spotlessly clean. The rooms are large and beds very comfortable. By the way, Manny's grill is nearby and served me the best steak I have ever had!!

The hotel states there is a shuttle service between the hotel and airport. However, the service is only available between 9 am to 5 pm. The taxi to Home2 Suites By Hilton Miami Doral West Airport was $50.00 that I did not anticipate.

Your typical Home2Suites hotel, spacious rooms, really comfortable bed, it's always very convenient to stay in these hotels.

The pillows... Surprisingly, the pillows were super low quality. I don't understand, because the mattrass was super comfortable and good quality, so it didn't make sense to have such bad pillows. Breakfast is really simple, better than nothing, but it could easily improve adding just a couple of items such as scrambled egg or more fruit variety. In any case, it's still a great hotel and I would stay there again.

Hotel transportation from airport to hotel. I arrived in Miami at 2:30pm. Call the hotel for a shuttle & was told pickup time would be 3:00pm. I had to call the hotel again at 3:30pm to check on the shuttle. If no call back, I would not have been picked up. Total time 1:30 minutes for shuttle. Unacceptable. When I arrive at the hotel, the very polite counter gentleman helps to schedule a ride to the cruise port at $15 per person. Schedule pickup time was 10:15am. We checkout at 10:10am to find out my scheduled shuttle was loaded with other customers. Wow! The staff had to call a taxi you charge me $45. $15 difference from what was schedule, but the driver was very nice. So, my transportation experience is what would lower my hotel experience. The atmosphere and space was very inviting and comfortable. The staff member that greeted us upon our check in was friendly and informative.

All of the maintenance staff didn’t not speak a word of English. Last I checked English is the primary language of the USA, so it is unacceptable that at a countrywide chain there is staff that does not speak the primary language. A multi lingual individual is definitely an asset in a tourist filled area like Fort Lauderdale. But ENglish is definitely a job requirement. The staff that cheked us out was unable to speak English clearly and it made for an awkward exit.

I love Sean at the front desk. Very warm friendly helpful. Location was good, quiet with adequate parking. It felt safe. Room was clean and had a nice smell. We had enough linen.

I did not like that bacon was not available every morning for breakfast and the fruits ran out quickly. Also HK service was every other day, which was ok but you have to then make sure the bathe gel bottle is fully refilled for each new guest

Very large rooms fully equipped with newer appliances, large quality TV, impecable clean. Super comfortable washroom too. Breakfasrt offered was good, nothing exceptional, but nothing to complaint about either.

Location is poor. There is just few restaurants and/or stores in the vicinity. Sidewalks are few and far between in the area (often not connected). Still, after one accept to walk small distances across a grassed area or walking on the street in some local roads, there are some few good restaurants and some fast food places available within short distance to the Hotel.

Very convenient location close to downtown Miami, other popular attractions like Key Biscayne, South Beach, Bayside Front Park, Bayside Marketplace,Wynwood Walls, Little Havana, and Miami International Airport, etc. Very close to hotels are Walmart, Sam's Club, Chevron gas, food court, popular banks, etc. Hotel is spacious clean fresh from entrance to room, friendly helpful staff, and 24 hour front desk is always a plus. Large elevator and very quick operations. Outside entrance has a fireplace pit to keep warm.

Hotel is very close to airport so tourists can expect flight sounds coming by above. Breakfast could be served different stuff daily on a rotation. Currently a variety of breakfast entries being served same daily.

The airport shuttle scenario. I think it's false advertising if you put "airport shuttle" on your website as an amenity and whilst you do offer it, it runs only from 9.00am to 5.00pm. I specifically chose this hotel because of an early morning flight. My flight arrived in Miami at 6.00pm and left the following morning at 10.00am. So after getting on the wrong Home2 shuttle at the airport, had to uber to the correct hotel as there are two, and then had to uber again in the morning. Additional unnecessary costs. These "scheduled" shuttles hours were not disclosed until after the booking and payment was made. I have a problem with that misleading half truth advertising

I loved everything about this property!!! The staff was really friendly, helpful and accommodating! We had to transfer to this hotel mid stay because we had a bad experience with the previous one and they were able to get us into our rooms early. The breakfast was amazing every day and the unlimited coffee and tea was the cherry on top! We were super happy with our room and the full kitchen it had. Would definitely stay here again!!!’

The rooms we got were very comfortable. Big beds and the room includes fridge, closets, TV, all things necessary if you would like to spend several days in this place Parking is already included in the room price, which is very good. The location is great if you want to avoid crowds and just be in a peaceful neighborhood.

Breakfast was good enough, but if you plan on staying too long, you might get bored from the few choices offered.
