Great location!!Restaurant on site as well as convenience store and bike rentals. We didn’t have a hair dryer and one of the refrigerator shelves were broken. As soon as I texted the problem to SeaStays it was fixed that day. Free shuttle close by as well. Huge apartment!

Kitchen could have had some dishwasher soap and some trays to make ice cubes for drinks etc Didn’t realize the “third bedroom” was a loft until later. Worked out fine though. Valet car was a bit of a hassle at times. Seems like always a lot of people waiting to get their vehicles.

I loved the view of the property, it’s spectacular. I liked that there was enough room for everyone to sleep and how tall the ceiling was. The rooms were tidy and they had enough towels for everyone staying.

I cleaned the counters, though they did look clean, the water was a little brown. The jacuzzi in the bathtub upstairs did not work. Some of the lights were not checked because they need replacing. The curtain at the window is amazing but needed to be placed back up. One side is off of three clips and the blinds won’t close all the way because of it.

The apartment was clean, spacious for 2 people (just 1 toilet paper and paper towels), but i txt my hosts, and right away, a guy brings what we need. The thing with this place, they're different owners, different companies renting, so, if you have luck like me, you will get a nice one!!! I was in the line to check in (very busy), and another customer was complaining because her apartment was a mess, so be careful to who you rent. All of them are not the same!!!! My apt was 1712 And the other one back and April was "nice" too. Good Luck 👍

The line to check in is very long, slow, and only 1 person attending all the customers. The rest charge you 3$ extra if you pay with credit or debit cards ( cash cash cash).

Perfectly prepared room to include everything you would need to cook and eat in the room during the stay.

No self parking option. Sometimes vehicle retrieval wait times or line return wait times were long so if we got our vehicle we wouldn’t return until we were sure to be done with using it. It’s not really possible to just unload and return to your vehicle because the vehicles on the ramp are full. Once we had groceries in the vehicle and stated so but they put our vehicle in the garage and we had to wait for them to go back to get it. Plus, tipping every time we leave and return adds up., so…. It’s not REALLY free parking.

Nice ocean view apartment, comfortable beds, host responded to me right away when I had questions or needed more towels, Nesspresso pods and creamer.

Apartment needs more storage options like a credenza under the TV and a dresser in the large closet with hooks to hang clothing or towels, as well as a full length mirror.. Bathroom could use a fan to circulate and get rid of moisture and hooks to hang towels. The kitchen needs more cooking utensils. Not sure how to rent bikes as the staff member assigned to bike rental was usually not there.

It was very spacious.

The property manager, Julieta, ignores your text. My necklace/ chain fell behind the headboard, which is in the master suite. Mind you, the headboard is semi nailed to the wall and can easily be removed and put back. As of now, no efforts have been made to retrieve it. She texted me one or two times, and when she did, she had an attitude. When you pay someone almost $2,000 for 3 nights, you expect a little more respect.The property was very nice. However, I'm very disappointed in Julieta.

The pool and beach were great!!

There were no coffee cartridges and so I asked for some and the person said sure, she’d get some, but never did. The door had been painted same day. Wet paint signs. Kept getting texts to say we could stay an extra 3-4 hours in our room for only 69.99. We arrived at 830 pm due to weather/flight. Checkout was earlier than most—10:00 am. I Asked if we could stay until 11:00–which triggered the 69.99 text. People responded to my questions on phone but when I asked them to do something and they said they would they didn’t. Big disadvantage to have no one on premises.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs and an umbrella. The staff at the restaurant were exceptional. The food at the restaurant was also excellent! The valet men were also awesome, very polite, helpful and respectful.

It was terribly hard to understand the staff at the security desk where we had to check in and I wish we had known there was a spa , souvenir shop and bike rental on the lower level. We didn't even know there was a lower level until we had to check out. My phone quit working before we arrived and I gave security my boyfriend' s phone number to communicate with us and they didn't. Monica from Sea Stays had to send a person to our room numerous times to communicate with me. I also had confirmation to stay an extra night ( but couldn't prove without my phone) so we had to change rooms our last night which was a big inconvenience as we found out as we were leaving to go to the beach! Had to go back and pack up our things and move to New room.

Beach front with pool, poor bar, restaurant, convenience shops, gift shop, valet, etc. very cool history being the former Playboy Plaza Hotel. A couple good restaurants walking distance in nearby condos. The unit itself has a nice sized kitchenette, nice view of the city, seemed clean.

The restaurant was over priced, the convenience store prices were way too high, the gift shop prices were way too high. I prefer to park my own car and not have the valet, but the valet staff were very good. I wish the Roman bath was open on the LL, I guess they were remodeling but I didn’t see any work being done and it was closed the whole time. The unit didn’t have a dresser for clothes, wish it did.
