Attendant was great and very kind and understanding but general office work was slow. Some pertinent property handouts aka info/brochures would have been helpful.

Checkout time was too early and didn't match other (later) hours posted pretty much everywhere. Restaurant was permanently closed and not replaced by any kind of so-to-say fast food/sandwhich place.

The A/C was excellent, the elevators were working properly and quick. The beach was clean and very close to the property.

The unit should be updated, the towels should be replaced. The valet personnel needs to be more pleasant. The bathroom switch wasn't working to use the blow dryer 😒.

The location was perfect. The people who work here were very friendly and Host Bebita answered all my questions quickly. I would stay at this place again.

It needs a little maintenance as things are a bit old.

Very good location in North Beach, the rooms have good views of the ocean, the apartment has direct access to the beach and beach facilities

The parking is very expensive, but there is a public parking less than 200 meters away that is paid between 8AM and 6PM and free on the night. You can pay by Internet.

Our host was very nice & the front desk staff was friendly. We had no issues checking in. The location was great, beach access great, room was nice and bed was comfortable (bring your own pillow though lol) little store across the street had a good offering of foods & snacks. They gave a coupon for Fifi restaurant & it was fantastic food! 15 min walk or so. I felt safe. Kinda away from crazy party scene but close enough if you wanted to go do that.

The hotel lobby had a strong smell, perhaps it was clorine? However, that didn't concern me much. I wish they would have had coffee in the lobby.

Need to have a few more items added in the room like slippers

It was an amazing once in a life time experience.

That we had to pay every day for parking. We should have had a discounted flat rate, if I had realized that it was every day I wouldn't have booked at casablanca, I would have booked elsewhere.
