We arrived early around 10am on the first day of our reservation, and they let us know that check in was at 4pm. When we landed and got to our hotel they immediately checked us in and let us go into our room. And on the last day of our stay our flight got pushed back and they let us check out at 5pm instead of 11am as said on the website. It was a additional $65 for the late check out but it was completely worth it in my opinion because they didn't have to do that.

I think they could have turned down the AC a little because when the patio door was shut it got extremely cold. But other than that the experience was exceptional.

Amazing location, the building is very nice, two nice swimming pools, giant outdoor hot tub, right on the beach and chairs and umbrellas and amazing locations. The ambassadors are very receptive and responsive, there will always be some issues in life, but they replied back quickly and very politely addressed any issues and resolved them. Very good communication and service.

They need to tighten it up a tiny bit but overall they're doing very well and it was a very enjoyable experience and I will stay with them again for sure and recommend them. If you're paying four seasons Ritz-Carlton prices, that's one thing but this is a great deal and they're very nice people all around. At the facility and the owners company.

Unfortunately I didn't partake in breakfast .. honestly I don't even know if any was provided . My room was equipped with a kitchen so we prepared breakfast and relaxed on the balcony . The room truly exceeded my expectations !! I saw the pictures and read the reviews before booking however , it was above and beyond !! THAT VIEW .. PRICELESS .. THE CLEANLINESS .. THE SPACE .. EVERYTHING WAS ON POINT !!!

My only complaint would be the bathroom 😫 It was clean but too little 😪 especially for the size of the apartment .

Location. Pools, Beach and Gym. Family had the most wonderful time. Also liked that you can order salads drinks and snacks from the kalypso whilst being on the beach. Good communication prior to arrival. Everything was taken care of.

The apartment and building can use some tlc, updates and small repairs. Next time we will probably use the mid week cleaning services for which you can pay extra.

loved the balcony- went to get away from the cold so really enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the beach and city views. Upper level pool was a bit warmer so could actually swim a bit in Jan.-ocean too cold for me. Took free trolley to get to restaurants when we didn't want to walk. Liked the rental bikes-rode down to the end of S. beach. Liked the quiet location.

I liked the apartment,the valet service. Quiet, family oriented.

What I missed about the property was the lack of employees, basically no housekeeping, you had to wash your own beach towels, and bath towels. There was only one person behind the front desk. I missed the resort feel of employees around the hotel.

location, size and cleanliness - I know I read reviews that made me kind of skeptical regarding check in and extra hidden fees but we had no issues whatsoever with any of that

i didn’t find the front desk very friendly but everyone else was - front door staff was very helpful and friendly with helping getting our bags up to loading and unloading the vehicles

I loved the view! I loved that the kitchen came equipped with everything so all you have to do was buy groceries.

Now, i don't know if pets are allowed there but the couch definitely had that, a pet was on it and they drowned it in something sweet smelling to mask the smell but it didn't work... the owner definitely needs to upgrade the chairs of the table, from far it looks good but up close it definitely needs to be upgraded, so does the tv stands etc...and the couch. The control for the TV also needs to be replaced. The place cant look half modern and half old Whoever cleans in-between stays needs to either open the doors while cleaning or get unscented cleaning stuff because the smell was sssssoooo strong....but overall I'd rent again just if those things are fixed.

Initially we were planning to stay at the property for 10 days and decided to extend it for another week later. The management and staff are so welcoming, organized, supportive and friendly. And made sure that all of our needs were addressed in no time. Highly recommend this place. As a bonus - an enormous terrace with amazing views.
