I appreciated the small boutique style hotel. It was very easy to get in and out of the secured property. The location was walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The free city Trolly Stop was across the street. Walking to the beach was very close. The rooms were clean, basic, and spacious. Having the kitchenette was great to have.

The only thing I didn't like was having all our windows frosted. I'm not sure if all the units are like this. But it would have been nice to see outside. Also, being on the bottom floor, you could hear a lot of walking noise from the floor above.

All the hidden fees. make sure to read the rules and fine print cause the hidden fees and stuff are listed. I didn’t like that I had to dispose of my trash and that there was no trash can in the hotel room that’s a job for housekeeping not mine as a guest. Also parking situation is absolutely horrendous.

We had an amazing stay! Everything went smoothly. The beach was really close and had chairs to relax. The kitchen utensils were all clean and in great condition. Beach area is really nice to relax aslo

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable — it felt old and saggy, and not very supportive

We booked this hotel "last minute" and we don't regret it. Staff were very nice and helpful, it was clean because ladies were cleaning every day. Great location - many option for buses, trolleys, short walk to the beach, some trips offered by hotel

Beds are a little bit squeaky, but only when you sit on the corners :p Little bit noisy street, but it was not a big deal

- Lots of noise 24/7 from Indian Creek Drive - Extremely expensive parking at the hotel, compared to the cost of the public parking just across the street.

Despite requesting a quieter room, we didn't get one. The back door on our room was easily opened from the outside unless it was locked.

Good place, convenient, very friendly staff. Close to the beach and the chairs are provided for free. Room was nice and clean. We didn't use the kitchenette but it was well stocked for any meal. There is a free Trolley line bus stops one block away. Good location close to restaurants. Publix Grocery and 24 hour Walgreens within walking distance.

The area is a little noisy. A little pricey but that’s just Miami in general.

Nice update little hotel, 4 minutes walking to the beach, where 2 chairs per room are provided. Headed pool was very enjoyable. Small kitchen with all you need though. Staff was nice, helpful and caring.

If I must say something, they seemed very concerned about people stealing beach towels. I guess it has happened in the past. ;) Also lack of dishwasher, but it’s not a real deal.

The hotel was great. Comfortable, clean, cute and bright. I would definitely stay here again.

Beds make a lot of noise when you get in and out from plastic under the bed linens. Loud cars racing down streets at night are a little annoying. You can hear people and activity from room next to you. Strict kitchen cleaning rules a pain in the butt when trying to pack and get out by 11. They'll charge you if you don't clean it up.

After pools opening hours, they decided to clean the pool and to ask us to stay out. Not for long, but it could be done before the opening time.
