Staff were polite and replied quickly to assist. Our A/C was broken and they repaired it the following day after being notified. Room was spacious. Many TVs. Water pressure was great!

Room was hard to find in the dark (arrived at night). Door keylock was difficult, sometimes it wouldn’t work. Pool needs to be clean, debris and dead bugs were floating around. I looked around for a pool net and didn’t see one. The pots and pans handles were wobbly. There was an oven but no baking sheet available.

Location - close to the North Beach, close to supermarket and restaurant. good equipment in the kitchen and all that was needed. Good value for money. Note that the contact with staff is only during working hours (6.30 to 16.30) and when we had a problem with very loud drunk neighbour during the night they are not there to react to such cases. They did however react afterwards and compensated for that inconvenience we had so I'm overall very satisfied with their contact.

bathroom small and old'ish, overall the appartment is OK, but could do with a refresh.

Close to the beach, modern apartment, everything was clean, beds were comfy, kitchen had everything I needed, their chat support was very polite and responded quickly each time.

If you want to spend your nights in more popular areas like South Beach, Brickell etc. then keep in mind that you may need an hour to reach that with the public transit. Bus station is very close to the apartments.

The location on North Beach is within walking distance of the beach and local shops and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. When there was an infrastructure issue, staff were very quick to reply and respond. The air-con was reliable and efficient. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped. There is usually allocated parking available (only once in 10 days could we not get parked. The bed was comfy with lovely bedding and were ample towels. There is a great communal pool, gym, and laundry facilities.

The safe was still locked from previous incumbents. There was an issue with the front door lock ( as mentioned above), which needed addressing immediately, and the mixer tap in the kitchen gave no hot water. Taken in isolation, none of the above detracted from a really excellent accommodation.

The Place was just renovated so it is really pretty, the bed, sheets, pillows were so confortable like hotel beds in our Apartment we found everything we needed and actually they offered a crib and I loved the fact they had a mattres for it, some places don't and for Babies is really uncomfortable. When we needed something the answer for the super was fast and the communication perfect. We were with our family and the Place is close to the Beach just two small blocks away and we loved that we found in the house chairs and umbrella for us to use, that definitly was a game changer. We definitly loved our stay and the pool is perfect temperatur because it gets the sun all the morning

Overall good experience, I would only recommend to enhance cleanliness but otherwise it had everything you need and the best staff that helped me with finding my lost sneakers, really appreciate it🙂 location is the best close to the beach that is not overcrowded!

Was really close to the beach loved it beautiful property beautiful rooms apartment was amazing kitchen fully stocked everything you needed for a family vacation beds not comfortable at all The beds was only downfall to the whole apartment!!

Parking parking was horrible there was never any open parking spaces we parked on a street we got three tickets in our car towed at 3:00 in the morning when we went to leave for the airport because there was a black line parking lot and we didn't know black lines mean something else like emergency vehicle being from Colorado we never seen that and we parked there and they told our vehicle with suitcases and everything at 2:30 in the morning and we had to leave at 2:45 so parking was miserable beds extremely uncomfortable but everything else was amazing perfect and actually would probably stay there again just didn't like the parking It's only downfall

Very spacious apartment with everything you need for short or long stay. Location just 7 minutes to the beach. Communication with the owner was very smooth. Beach chairs were a very good option as you really need them on the beach.

The only thing to be improved is the WiFi connection, it was very weak

5/10 minutes walking distance to North beach, Quiet residential area Small swimming pool available Unit with all amenities, kitchen with large fridge, oven microwave, separate bedroom with back door exit, 2 TVs, beach/pool towels, umbrellas etc.

Washing machine located in the common area is extra charge and we couldn’t figured out how to use it with the coins system, The unit next to ours had some refurbishment done so it was kinda noisy early morning with workers

The apartment was very nice and clean, things are like new, furniture, pillows, etc. everything was very clean. The place was quite comfortable and quiet.

I had problems with the door code but nothing serious, the technical support answered me quite quickly. Parking is a bit difficult on weekends and at night because it gets very crowded and there is nowhere to park, and the area has many homeless people and drug addicts, it does not feel safe to go out at night, but it is not too dangerous. At the laundry, Each use of the washing machine or dryer costs 3.50, plus they don't have a place to change the coins and we spend work looking for where to change the money.
