It was great, the receptionists (Billy and the other guy who welcomed me) were amazing and understanding. Location was not bad as I needed to take a uber all the time to get to places. It was clean and comfy except for the door and the reflection of light outside of my door.

The only problem was the light outside my room that got through the transparent door of my room all the time during the night. The light was right in my face which made it a little hard to fall asleep (I can't sleep with light on). Putting another door, curtain, or moving the beds might help

they manage several locations so the place we stayed at was not the location we booked or checked in at and was further from beach. Parking was a block away in a public lot that says you have to pay but instructions were that it was free, so not sure if our car might get towed or not. Instructions to other location and parking were not clear, so we had to return to desk to clarigy. Providing clear written instructions with map for location and parking with written notice that parking is free would be helpful.

What I like about this property was that it was kept clean all the time I would see the cleaning crew, painter, land keepers etc around property all the time . And the manager helped us out every time we needed with exelent service because we ended up extending our stay. Is a very nice place to stay super close to restaurants stores and the beast part is minutes away waking to the beach… I would highly recommend this place.

The room was perfect. The location was perfect. One block away from the beach. 10/15 mins from everything. I ended up extending my stay 3 times ! I couldn't’ leave! I had a suite with full on kitchen stove fridge everything . The staff was amazing nice . Even the young man with the strong accent. Loved him too bad I couldn’t get his name !

I have nothing negative to say

It was near the beach, it was clean, comfortable, and had what I need in the kitchen. The staff replaced the toaster that initially works but after got stuck with no problem. The staff were very busy but helpful.

I heard a Noice from an air a conditioning or transformer unit outside of my room that wake me a couple times. No sure what it was and if it was part of the facility because it came from outside but it wakes me up. Everything else was fine.

Location is super. Toom was good. Beach was amazing.

The temperature for heating was limited with 65 degrees. The place of front desk where we had to check-in was changed on the day of arrival and we did not know that before the arrival.

The room was very spacious for a couple ! I love that it was only like a four mins walk to the beach 🏝️! The only thing I hated about the area was parking after a certain time it’s hard to find parking but other than that it’s a great location and you can walk to restaurants and grocery stores

Didn't have breakfast had to be at the airport early

No place to park had my car towel away cost me 421.00 way life goes but otherwise had a good time.

That it has everything you might need.

That it doesn’t include a parking!

That it was close to the Beach.

That you have to fight to get a parking, that there was no washer and dryer, and the cable and internet were never working right.
