Clean and spacious room with a great view of both city and the ocean. For a family of four (2 adults, 2kids) definitely a great choice, since it has a kitchen also. Friendly and welcoming staff. We arrived few hours early and the staff helped us check in early. Great amenities. Very close to Ocean Drive. Loved that this place has 2pools, a gym, hot tub and beach service.

Location . Facilities . Staff are great Nevertheless I have mixed feelings regarding valet parking service sometimes it is great and others (some of the guys at the valet ) look at you as if you are bothering them or should be throwing dollars everytime you pick up Or leave the car .

Check in time is late and there is no a well defined space or way to be able to use the facilities while waiting for the room To be ready . It should have a storage room For the luggage a parking space for the car and a temporary key to be able to get in and out to the beach . Also a changing space and showers with towels . Even if it requires a charge per person . Now it is complicated. The staff does not have it fully resolved . They should implement something like a half a day pass because the arrival and first day makes the first impression and now it is not great .

My girlfriend and I stayed for a week at Monte Carlo apartments by Miami Vacations to celebrate a special occasion, and they truly exceeded our expectations. From the friendly and professional staff to the included valet service, everything was seamless. The team was also incredibly flexible and helpful in organizing a surprise for my girlfriend, which made our stay even more special. The facilities were excellent, and the apartment was spotless — which is saying a lot considering my girlfriend’s very high cleaning standards! The location couldn’t be better, and the cozy, welcoming atmosphere made it hard for us to leave. We felt completely at home. If we ever visit Miami again, we’ll definitely be staying here without a doubt.

Struggle to connect to the Wi-Fi at the beach

The best aspect of this place is the location, close enough to South Miami by car but not very chaotic. Being right next to the beach is a definite plus, and particularly for people that like running/walking given the path between the location and the beach.

Given rooms can be rented for more than two people, it makes sense that the beach equipment (particularly the beds) account for this. Irrespective of how many you are, you get allocated two beds and if you have more people then you might end up on the sand. They only have three extra chairs in total, which is definitevely too fee, so would recommend the hotel getting many more of these.

The view from the 14th floor was stunning, with a side view of both Miami and the beach. The apartment itself was spacious, bright, and modern, featuring full-size windows that let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen was well-equipped, including a large fridge, and the king-sized bed was very comfortable. Another big plus was the free parking with valet service and the good bus connections to both Miami Beach and Miami. One thing to be aware of: there is no cleaning service provided during the stay, and towels are not replaced. If they get dirty, you’ll need to use the washing machine, which may not be ideal for everyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at Monte Carlo. The apartment was spacious, with a stunning ocean view and a large terrace — truly a pleasure. The building is modern, with direct access to the beach, a pool, and a gym. The room had a kitchen, washing machine, and air conditioning — everything needed for a comfortable stay. The valet service was especially convenient — the hotel staff parked our car, which made daily trips much easier. The location is also very convenient — shops and cafes nearby, and easy access to other areas of Miami Beach. A perfect choice for an oceanfront getaway!

Upon check-in, the room had not been cleaned thoroughly — some surfaces required additional attention. We also noticed that the washing machine and dryer appeared quite old and the washing machine was also dirty and had an unpleasant odor, which made us decide not to use them. We hope this issue can be improved in the future, as everything else was of a very high standard.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Monte Carlo. It ended up being much nicer than we expected. The apartment had plenty of room and had a cute beach/boho design theme. Balcony was excellent, with a view of both the ocean and the intercoastal waterway. Pools and beach were lovely. Its close to shopping and restaurants and an excellent grocery store. When we reported problems with our dishwasher, management promptly sent someone to fix it. When the fix didn't hold they came back and reinstalled a new machine! We were impressed with how responsive they were. We will surely come back again.

I've never rated a property a 10 before but the Monte Carlo is truly exceptional. We arrived at 10 in the morning even though check in wasn't until 4 pm because they will hold your bags for you. They told us our assigned room on the 12th floor wasn't ready but they had an equivalent room on the 8th. So we were able to check in a whole 6 hours early and change into our suits in our room. They also have 24 hour valet service for your car. The condo was spacious and very clean. We had a balcony with a view of the ocean and it was breathtaking. The condo has 2 pools and a hot tub. One of the pools was heated. The beach was down a short palm tree and vegetation pathway which was beautiful. Once you came out of the compound gate, you crossed the small bike/walking path and were right on the beach. We were able to get two lounge chairs and a beach umbrella every day. We never drove the 3 days we were there because within 10 minutes walking distance each way there were numerous great restaurants. Fifi's Seafood on the Beach was outstanding. We had the Grilled Seafood BBQ for 2 -amazing! Love Brunch across the street was great for breakfast. Kalypso Beach at the Wyndham next door has excellent food and drinks. La Cabana Grill had amazing food also. The next block over there is a Publix and a Walgreens. The whole neighborhood felt very safe.

Nothing truly exceptional

The location is outstanding, overlooking the ocean, with easy access both to ocean and pools. At the ocean the hotel provides 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella, making a day at the beach, well--a day at the beach! There is a full kitchen and everything works. The beds are comfortable. There is a washer and dryer so wet towels can be dried without a problem. The balconies are gorgeous with tables and chairs. Like the ocean, the boardwalk is right behind the hotel, so long walks or biking are easy. The pools are clean and well-maintained.

They don't leave salt and sugar in the kitchen like many places do, so you have to buy everything yourself immediately. But there is a Publix and Walgreens quite close.

The beach access was very convenient, the pools and all the other facilities were very clean and well maintained. The valet service and front desk service was very kind and helpful. Also, the location was very good too with many places to dine and buy groceries at a walking distance.

Almost nothing was bad, only small inconveniences that didn’t affect our stay like the WiFi sometimes was a little spotty and the dishwasher and washing machine were a little loud sometimes but all washing machines are.
