Room had everything you needed .An iron and ironing board would have been nice .Im sure we could have got it on request .Staff were all friendly and helpful .The area is nice but a little on the quiet side but the free trolley on Collin’s brings you into town in 20 minutes . Booking .com said we would get a free taxi from the airport to the hotel and the taxi company cancelled the ride as we landed the hotel knew nothing about a free taxi and I believe the staff but the hotel needs to take care of this issue .

Clean and spacious room, including a little kitchen area with fridge, sink and microwave. Lovely area just 2’ walk to the beach and just 30’ cycling from south beach. Especially appreciated Valentina at the reception, who gave me lots of incredible tips that made my stay much better!

It would be amazing if they could offer a breakfast service included in the price, but there are also some nice cafes just a very short walk from the hotel.

If you want to play on beach. The location is good. Otherwise it is far away from all main attractions.

The room service staff came to knock on my door every morning from 8:30 am if I forgot to display the Do Not Disturb tag. They would continue knocking once every hour until I put the tag on the door knob. I became aware of this because it was raining on the first day I stayed, and I was in the room all day.

The Hotel was easy locate and close to the beach. Although the check in took quite a while since only one staff member was present, I also got a room upgrade. The room was spacious and had a balcony to the beach, however the view was blocked by another building in front of it. The wifi was fast and the bed was confy.

The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved. Also the coffee from the coffeemachine was undrinkable. Luckily there was a Starbucks in the same building.

Great location. Very clean. Quiet and staff were helpful. Valet parking was easy ($40 daily). We brought our own beach chairs and umbrella and used them daily. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and the public beach was amazing. Very quit and relaxing. We drove to South Beach for dinner two nights. The experience was great but we would not stay there. Way too loud and a much younger, rowdy crowd. We drove to downtown Miami and rode the Ferris wheel, took a boat tour of millionaire mansions, and drove to little Havana for a Cuban sandwich and coffee.

The room temperature is centrally controlled. Our unit was on the corner with many windows (lovely) but HOT during the day. We kept the blinds pulled but the room never got below 74 degrees - even at night. My fiance was so hot every night. I asked the front desk for help but they said it was the location of the room and we weren’t able to adjust the thermostat. Also, the water pressure in the shower was poor.

We were welcomed by the desk clerk, and the entire check-in process was quick and easy. The lobby and hotel room were clean and comfortable. Overall, the room was nice and the bed was cozy. We did not use the hotel gym or pool, but we did go and investigate. The gym was small but offered a good variety and was very clean. The pool was also clean. For those of you who are into Starbucks, there is one attached to the hotel lobby, and the hotel offered a 10% off discount. We preferred to walk a very short distance to the Tavern on the corner for a latte or cappuccino. The hotel is located close to free transportation to Mid Beach and South Beach. The hotel is within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and bars.

The view from our room overlooked the water on the non-beach side. The only drawback was that our room was over a lower roof that may have been over a restaurant, and there was a weird smell that came up to our balcony.

The location was great. The size of the room was also great. The balcony was amazing. We liked to spend time on the balcony in the evening when it was cooler. Also the staff was very friendly.

A kettle in the kitchen would have been nice. But we bought one and it was fine. Our main issue was with the shower head and shower door. We are used to a telephone shower head so this was an adjustment. And the shower door allowed for water to come out so we had to clean the ledge every time. But nothing is ever perfect. This is pretty close!

1. The inflexibility of Julian the manager.. I had to reschedule my visit because of hurricane Milton; this resulted in some of my packages arriving before me… Julian insisted that I pay storage for those packages . I also booked a penthouse one bedroom suite and Julian repeatedly tried to get me to accept a 5th floor room , before I arrived as well as upon arrival … he alone knows why… 2. My wife has an unexplained phobia of dogs … and upon arrival a huge unbridled dog confronted her in the lobby… she took 45 mins to recover

Great location and room was clean and cozy. Staff was great and helpful offering information.
