Location is literally in walking distance of every thing including the ocean. Valet was amazing professional and prompt. Check in was very easy, I used Booking.com to make reservation and I communicated via chat on the app if I needed to contact them for anything. No need to call over the phone as the property responds in a very timely manner via online chat. The Restaurant Blu Gin has breakfast lunch dinner drinks hookah great music great vibes professional staff amazing chef and delicious food. The spinach dip is like no other, I should’ve ordered some to-go. Lower lobby of the building has a mini strip mall with different stores including gift shops. You literally don’t have the leave this property for anything unless going to the beach which they have personal access via code To keep everyone safe. I highly recommend to all & I will definitely stay here again. Also this property is close to other tourist attractions.

The elevator is behind the wall in this room. You can hear it all day long, especially at night. The furniture is old. I really didn’t like that they only gave you one towel for the shower. It does not have time to dry in a day in the room. We asked the management to give us another towel, but they wrote that there was a laundry service. Use this service, but there are no more towels. There are two chairs in the room that are very dangerous. Their backs are at an angle and they are not stable. Be very careful!!!! They fall back if you lean on them!!! Here is a photo of these chairs. The view from the window is the only good thing about this room.

The hotel itself was fantastic. We loved the brick walkway that goes for miles then steps to the beach. Elevators were great and fast and never waited long. Hotel was clean and room was clean. The room just lacked a few things that would've been simple to add IE: paper towel (at least 1 roll), coffee filters/keurig, another roll of TP (I know 2 were provided). Some of the outlets did not work (the bathroom). All in all it was a great stay and we would come back.

This is my second time to visit this great and exceptional stay , the room was new and clean with all you need. The view was amazing. Staff and front desk are helpful. Security employees all time wandering in and out of the hotel which makes you feel comfortable all the time. Restaurant was great, laundry ,grocery and shops in the hotel, nice swimming pool , access to the beach, good location.

Everything was above expectations.

you need a car to go anywhere it is to far to walk but very nice if you wanted to take in the sites of the water front with some of the beautiful Yachts.

I didn't like the staff at check-in I thought they was not helpful at all and waiting to long for the guys to get are car when we want it and for the first day we had no Internet so we couldn't even watch tv or tell our love ones we had got there safely until the next afternoon the Internet came on then it was ok.

The price point value for quality pool, direct beach access, quiet, family oriented, gym on site, kitchenette, free trolley to supermarkets and other beaches was excellent. Service requests handled through booking.com chat responsive. Basic but beach time oriented. Coffee food concessions extremely nice.

The Beach access and the view was great ! The Laundry was affordable . Location was decent also. Loved the Bar stools too it made a great addition to the room. The beds are very comfortable ! A..C. worked great as well and blowed good and cold during the stay. The huge closets were also an asset . The beach was never overcrowded and that's a plus. Beautiful calm waters all day long. You can see right through to the bottom from 6 feet easily. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to return in the future.

T.V. was way too small for the size of the room and the bathroom is very outdated . The toilet seat was broken and the door handle to the apartment was also broken from the inside . It would also be nice if the rooms came equipped with a broom and mop instead of having to borrow from housekeeping.

The location was amazing, no crossing the street to get to the beach, just walk out past the pool, open the gate and you're on the beach! Nice little tiki bar next to the pool, couple stores to get what you need, I'd definitely stay here again!

The room furnishings were a bit on the cheap end, but like I said above.... the location, price and staff more than made up for that!

I liked that the property had its own access to the beach without having to go through the hotel lobby, as well as an easier way to reach the pool. It also had a nice outside area that you could lounge in. It has 2 bathrooms which makes it convenient when coming back from the pool or beach and everyone needs to start showering.

The unit we stayed in was a bit mistreated in a sense, there was a broken mirror on one of the sliding closet doors, the upstairs bathroom door did not close properly, and the floor was a bit lifted in some areas. We were also told during booking that this would have 2 queen size beds and 1 sofa bed and upon getting to the unit we realized it only had one queen sized bed and 1 king sized bed. We were 4 adults and an 11 year old child. We managed to sleep but it wasn’t the most comfortable having 3 in one bed.

Location was perfect! I loved the ease of walking to the beach. They also had a great restaurant on location that accommodated my son’s food allergies. 24hr valet was EXTREMELY convenient! I loved that we were provided with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella.

Check-in almost took an hour. Amenities are not super updated but it suits the cost. We had to unplug the refrigerator to use the microwave.
