A terrific location and the unit is very big and able to handle a large family.

It makes no sense to me that check in is at 4 and checkout is 10 while the pool and beach are unavailable from 5 PM till 9 AM. Really no way to use those areas which is a main reason for selecting this property.

Hotel - apartments on the first line. Clean upon check-in.

The location of the hotel - apartments. There is nothing nearby. The elevator takes a long time to wait, it works with failures. The apartments are not cleaned, it is not even elementary how to sweep the floor. I threw out the garbage, there is nothing to replace the bag with, it is not there. Towels are not changed, you need to look for a person to remember. There is no normal lighting in the apartments. The TV does not work. There is no table on the balcony, 2 plastic sun loungers and that's it. Dirty beach, paid beach umbrella.

Departments are nice and big enough. Front staff very kind and helpfull, especially Anita in the Shipping sector who takes care on the package delivery. Pool area is nice, swimming pool clean. Beach access is good!

Staff should control people who doesn't care about rules (example: music near the pool area and the beach, food leftovers in the pool area). There are warning signs but people doesn't follow the rules and rest of the guests feel nobody is taking care. In the aparment: some extra dishware could help guest to do better use of the kitchen.

Location in mid Miami Beach is exceptional if you look for something quiet and want to enjoy the beach. The place is really good, staff is very attentive and answers or enquieries are addressed really fast. You dont find many coffe shops nearby but in the building next to it, there is like a mini market with bakery, etc that can supply your cravings of Cuban coffe and pastries. Really good access to I95 and Alton Rd if you want to drive to other places, or you can use the free Trolley service on the Collins Ave. About the hotel service: there is no valet parking, you can drive and park your car by your own, of course you have to pay $40/night but only 2 blocks away you find a public parking rating $1/hour so you do your math :) Towels are replaced everyday and you have to ask for it at frontdesk, same as toiletry. Cleaning not included. Beach service includes 2 lounge chairs per room. And of course you have a very nice swimming pool area to enjoy also. Free filtered water and ice are available at the Lobby level near the service elevator. We enjoyed so much the place, the beach and the location. Highly recommended! Thanks!

Some little improvements can be done with the kitchenware (bigger pots for pasta, for example) or to provice kitchen towels. Anyway there is a dishwasher in the kitchen but soap is not included. Laundry machines are available in each floor, however no soap dispenser available so you need to supply elsewhere (there is a Publix on the Collins Ave maybe 1 mile north)

This place is located right in front of beautiful beach, apartments are spacious and have everything you need. Yes building is a little old and need some renovation but for the price I think its fair. Staff were very nice and helpful so I don't get those bad reviews.

It's not fair that you get apartment for 4 or 6 ppl and you can use only two beach chairs per apartment, for umbrella you need to also pay extra... really? And to be honest most of the chairs are stocked on the beach and not used. Pool is nice but the water have so much chlorine that our bathing suits lost the color :( you need to also pay for cabanas some crazy money which you can use in the bar but the bar is not that nice. It's not 4/5 star resort to do such a thing.

Location is great: right on a beach (2 lounge chairs included). Pool is as great but not heated so a bit cold for vacay in late March but kids still enjoyed. Rooms were outdated and but clean to the best of their ability. My only complaint was kitchen. Description says “fully equipped kitchen”. It was 4 spoons and 3 forks, 2 knives and one pan. No pots! I couldn’t even make pasta dinner. All I could use was pan for eggs breakfast. Shame. No broom to clean basics like sand and spills. No extra garbage bags and no housekeeping for entire stay, which is fine but at least provide basic cleaning supplies. No dish washing liquid or sponge nor dish drying rack. Big disappointment to come to empty kitchen when description says “fully equipped”. Pictures of playground is a scam. There is no playground, obviously pictures are old and misleading. Not sure if would stay again..

Location is great. Short drive to South or North Beach. The pool was nice. Awesome view of the ocean. Rooms were a good size for our family.

The general feeling is that the property is not well maintained. Also, the kitchen is not very well equipped. Mugs are tiny, no sponge or soap to wash the dishes. A single packet of dishwasher detergent for the whole week. Only a couple of trash bags for the week. When on vacation, one should not be forced to go groceries shopping for basic items.

I read a lot of negative reviews before booking the hotel. But not like this. I've been and seen this charming place myself. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient and in a good location. We had a very good rest for four days. The beach was under our hotel and the view from our balcony was incredibly beautiful.

Staff was not responsible. I asked them for an extra bedspread for 3 days in a row, but they said they would, but they wouldn't give it to me. Parking is very expensive. It should be done cheaper or even free for the hotel residents.

The location is beautiful. The beach access is great and very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times of the day. Security is adequate and I felt safe there.

The pool could have been warmer, cleaner, more inviting, and open past 5:30 pm (sunset). I would have liked the pool to be open at night for night swimming. Also, they could have been less stringent about exchanging beach towels.

Good location close to the bus stop, perfect views of the ocean, from our living room and close to the beach.

Especially kitchen issues. There were odd things such as being supplied with just one teaspoon! Odd! No: dishwasher tablets, no drying up towel, no washing up sponge, no washing up liquid, no cleaning products, mop, nothing! No salt and pepper? Boiling up a kettle on the stove’s hob is very slow and takes forever to boil.
