I’m so glad we took a gamble! The location is amazing. You just can’t beat being able to walk to the beach in less than a minute. The pool and pool bar were both open. The staff is very good at communicating through the Booking app chat. The room is clearly in an older building but it was clean. No problems with bugs or uncomfortable beds or sheets. The fridge and microwave and kitchenette in general were very helpful. I think people should manage their expectations. This is a beachfront property on Miami Beach at a VERY reasonable price.

I think it should be made a little clearer that this company does not provide housekeeping or replacement toiletries and towels. Also the air conditioner was not super efficient but a fan was already in the room and running so no worries there. We spent most of our time out of the room anyway!

The suite was large. 16 or 20 foot ceilings. in suite laundry. Kitchen was good. Open concept. modern. Walk out to the back on the beach. Does not get much better.

This suite is awesome but clearly a little neglected over time. We had to call and get the bed fixed which they did but it took a couple of days for a good nights sleep. All the closets are missing the knobs on the doors to open them. We did not even know we had a walk in closet until the third day when I jiggled it open. They could charge more if they just took the time to put less than 1000 into the property and fix up all the little things. downstairs tap seems a bout to fall off. downstair light is broken. light on microwave does not work. All little things add up. The bedroom Tv should either be moved over the dresser or have a swivel on it.

The area, the pool, beach, turkish bath, the room was PH with towels n great bath n dishes were there. Closeness to wynwood by car..starbucks 2 blocks up. The place has mini stores with many variety n decent prices. The restaurant in hotel. Love it

The elevators are funny n crazy lol. The valet tries its best so it functions Patience those guys work hard Wish the bed didnt creek But overall great deal

I loved that the property management group messaged me all the information ahead of my check in time, valet parking was amazing and the waiting time was not bad at all and the poll was nice as well.

Nothing major, overall it was a good stay.

My family loved this room it is very spacious and comfortable.Another good thing is that it's on the lobby floor so makes it easier for taking all your stuff in and out.

A little tlc will go a long way with this place aside from that it's worth the money.

Well, I don’t like valet parking, but it is convenient when you rent a car I would like to know where the car is at all time but that is really minor problem

The extra beds was not as in the picture. They were hospital beds you could not even sit on them. Besides that everything else was great.

The location was great. The apartment was like the pictures. The staff is awesome, I sent some packages and they were received without any issue. I’d come back!

The check-in and communications with the company was super fluid and clear

The wifi was somewhat unstable.

The condo, it was clean all 3 rooms.

The fact I was under the impression the pool would be open and the air in one room was not working correctly
