location was amazing there were many staff members with professional and great customer service experience. Some of the common areas such laundry and all lower lobby were super clean. Our unit was super clean as well.

Some areas could used better cleaning touch up. Our unit could definitely used better maintenance. Wednesday around 12 pm mr González ‘i believe’ was a gentleman at front desk that was extremely rude and unhelpful, could used some better customer service techniques.

The host Gabriel, was definitely someone that everyone should have as a host. Gabriel made sure he kept me updated with my travel arrangements and a walkthrough video of how to access the property. The room was amazing with a perfect view of the beach from the balcony. The room sheets pillows, I mean everything was clean and in place. I would definitely, I mean I will book again with the host and would book at any other property the host has because he was bone stand truthful with all of the accommodations. Thank you so much Gabriel.

Valet was a little cluttered but the valet guys made sure that both of my vehicles were ready and accessible at all times.

The pool is closed had read in comments so I planned ahead for this. The walkways to the room smell horrible and have blood like stains. But this is not the hosts fault.

I loved how there was easy access to the apartment. The fact that the apartment was right by the beach made everything truly relaxing. To top it off the Tiki Bar was amazing, as well as the gift shops nearby.

The only thing I would say you guys need to improve on for sure, would be Check-In. Due to you guys not having enough staff, it nearly took an hour just to get everything settled.

it had a great view,the beds were sooo comfortable,the staff were very friendly and quick to help in anyway we needed,the valley parking guys were awesome and quick to get us the car . overall a great place to go our host Gabriel was very polite and quick to help us in anything we need it as we’ll definitely be back soo .

The place was very clean. Next to the beach. Convenient for most things including shops, restaurants and travel

jacuzzi was closed. elevators were HORRIBLE. It would have been 5 stars for sure! however, due to the elevators, I don’t think we would come back.

staff was rude and not helpful. when we checked in we had no instructions how to get to our room. Elevators got cleaned while we were waiting with three small kids and had to wait long periods of time for an elevator each time the elevator came to LL to pick us up the cleaner took it and cleaned it when finished the elevator went to the next floor waiting this happened 4x with 10+ minute wait. the staff at the restaurant by the pool was rude on all encounters for 4 days. Valet also takes forever most times of the day we had to wait 30 minutes for our car. we had a 2 bedroom apartment but the 2nd was connected the living room area with no ceiling. everything echoed and was loud if anyone made a noise in kitchen or living room you heard it and everyone got woken up.
