Hotel Casablanca has rear exit right on beach which us really handy for beach goers / walkers.. Room had balcony but was on roof level could see sea & beach though (you cant have everything)

Hotel Bar and Restaurante closed while we were visiting.. However onsite shop gave plenty drinks snacks etc and wall Walgreens walkable, didnt mind eating out plenty walkable places.. Watch for rogue Taxis transfers at Airport, Some charge a lot more, Uber best..

This place has everything you need for a getaway especially if your in cold weather.The rooms have little kitchenetts. They are right at beachside with a beautiful pool. Theres a path in between for walking biking or even scooters for young children. Out front side theres dinning places. Down street publix for groceries and much more. The people who own units and rent are very easy to work with extremely nice. Its a great location and you cant beat price. You really dont even need car.I like it and will return been here twice even rented another unit for family.

No sheets for spare mattress. Could be a little cleaner.

I am a singer, artist & actress who creates everything “at home.” This is a wonderful unit with essentials for staying in &/or exploring the area. The room is spacious & has a kitchenette & you can easily prepare your own meals, coffee & tea. Carlos is responsive, caring & kind. Joao freshly repainted the unit before my arrival in addition to cleaning. There were plenty of linens & toiletries for my 10 day stay. Princess Fiphie(my Turkish Angora cat)was more than welcome & liked having two beds to choose from. We both enjoyed the view. The beach is outside the pool area behind the hotel. Cross the walkway & there you are. In the closet are beach chairs & an umbrella.

Excellent location, beach to the rear and on site swimming pool. Easy access to local transport- buses and Miami Beach trolley which is free! A few loca parks near by and places to eat and get groceries are within walking distance

Building is a bit dated and Laundry was not available for the most of the stay which was disappointing.

Perfect studio for a couple or solo traveler. Waking up to the ocean view is the best part. Amaaaaaazing view from the room. Exactly as shown in the picture. Hotel has huge swimming pool and access to beach was easy. You could walk to the beach anytime. Very relaxing experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Great location and amazing accommodations. Room was clean, roomy, and had extras we did not expect like beach towels and beach chairs.

The tenants in the neighboring unit were loud, inconsiderate, and drunk. Their music could be clearly heard in our room, they were screaming and arguing until 4:00am, slamming doors, and being loud.

Good location, very close to the beach, pool was nice, valet parking was very quick.

Shower has some mold. Quarters are needed to use the drier and washer.

The hallway looks very old and some of the music playing in the reception was inappropriate.
