The most wonderful hotel on the coast! Spacious room with a fantastic view (the main thing is to choose the highest floor). Fully equipped kitchen. Toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, dryer - everything in the room. Very quiet! Comfortable bed! Delightful balcony! All 3 elevators ran frequently, there was no long wait. We were even checked in before check-in time. Excellent recreation areas, there is even a full shower on the floor with the pool. Gym, billiards. Excellent pools and jacuzzi. There were always enough sun loungers for everyone. The beach is excellent. Within walking distance there are many cafes and shops, a shopping center, Starbucks.

The sofa needs updating.

Getting the room

There was no enough towels in the room. No support at front desk, the centralized hotel service was difficult and take more the half a day to get the towels. Different keys had to use for different purpose, such as room, elevator, beach doors, it was very unconvivient. The sofa bad was very unconfortable.

Everything was really good. Location. The ocean. A Hot tub.

The pool was dirty unfortunately. We’ve told the staff about that, but nothing changed.

Beautiful views clean and comfortable

The towel rack was broken The parking situation was weird - I had to pay 2x for parking bc I arrived at 11am so $20 for 11- 1pm and another $20 for overnight. That feels wrong

We loved the location! It is oceanfront, close to shops and restaurants.

The bathrooms. They are in need of renovation. The shower water pressure was super low. The tub is too high to climb in. It would be in your interest to make it a standup shower with a regular shower head. Water is being wasted because they have to shower longer due to the low water pressure. The mattress was worn out and should be replace. The linens need to be updated. The sheets are pilled and the towels have loose strings hanging from them.

Location was perfect. Instance access to beach with stunning ocean front view.

Almost nothing

The hotel was very clean, comfortable beds and very spacious. The amenities were great - pool and beach were right on site and towels and umbrellas provided which was a HUGE bonus! staff was exceptionally nice and attentive for any and all needs/requests. overall, this hotel was a perfect choice for our girls’ getaway and we will come back for sure when the opportunity presents itself!

The lobby is welcoming and clean, the apartment was clean and fully furnished towels for each and shower and the view was wonderful the seats in the balcony were so comfy and useful.

The units has a bit of mold in the shower walls . We also bought ocean front apartment but officialy we got a partial view and payed for ocean view apartment ($200 more for the 4 nights ) the representative gave us unsetified explanations and we never got refunded which was kinda disappointing.

I love the location of property and how spacious it is

I did not like that the kitchen table was dirty there was a water bottle opened on the table also. The sheets had someone else’s hair

Love the facility. It was nice than expected.

The only comment will be to update the bed, it makes Noice, so it was kind uncomfortable.
