I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The location is perfect — just a short walk from everything you might need. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially want to mention Ovi at the front desk — he was amazing! Super welcoming, always ready to help, and made check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. Thanks for a great experience — I’ll definitely be coming back!

We stayed at Costa Norte for the second time already. For Miami Beach it's a pretty quiet neighborhood with restaurants and shops in direct reach. Also it's only a 3-minute-walk to the beach (crystal clear water). If you ask nicely the staff will equip you with beach chairs and umbrella.

We arrived late in the night (missed connection flight) and had to access the building and our room with the access codes that had been sent to us prior to our arrival. Unfortunately the room code was wrong. We tried calling the phone number that was given to us if there's any problem. The tape announcement was in Spanish though and as neither me or my wife speak spanish so that was no help. We had to get another hotel for the night at 2 am in the morning. Staff was really nice about that though and refunded the missed night and equipped us with restaurant coupons for days :)

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is near the beach, a bus stop to go to anywhere in Miami. The staff is very nice especially the receptionist guy which is very friendly to me

It is safe with only a password to enter the hotel and the room, but every time I go out I always have a fear that someone can break through inside my room. Which is why I prefer using a keycard instead.

The front desk very attentive thank you Ovi. The hotel Is in pristine condition well maintained the room was clean and neat. The tv was a fire tv great to stream and watch a movie. Close to all restaurants so many options and if you like the beach well is right there. Even the towels smell great hard to find that in a hotel. Even 5 stars hotel are in worst conditions for the price we pay it was an awesome value.

I loved the location. I had the best time. You can sit in the courtyard and chill and work. Wifi was perfect. The staff was great and I will be back. The rooms so cute. Cozy.

The check in was a little bumpy but that doesn't deter me from returning. Now that I stayed and experienced it, I will come back.

The hotel was a great value for the price. The receptionist was super helpful with everything. They provided beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella, which made my beach days significantly easier. Also, it’s less than a minute walk to the free trolley stop—super convenient for getting around in Miami Beach.

It is a beautiful place very popular and peaceful . Extraordinary experience you can get for money you pay. Proximity to the beach and all kind of restaurants. Perfect and fresh host. Recommend to everyone.

Air conditioning a bit noisy and I wish we could have beach towels and more glasses and sharper knives.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful friendly. The deluxe suite was a good-sized room. It was close to the beach and not in the hustle and bustle of things. I like the coded entry. The pricing was affordable and reasonable

The soap in room. It wasn't labeled as far as shampoo and Conditioner and bodywash. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor but nothing major a towel didn't fix.

It was so welcoming and nice, the receptionist Obi was very friendly and chill, we had so much fun talking to him, would recommend staying here for a couple of days, the rooms were also very comfortable and chill.

Honestly, it wasn’t bad at all for the price of a small hotel!
