The location and the suites are amazing with a perfect view to the beach !

It was so annoying I asked already 10 days before for a early check in but it wasn’t possible .. than I asked when we arrived the said no but she will let us know when the room is free ( check in 16:00!!!) which is in my personal opinion already very very late !!! Than we recived a message that our room is 16:45!! Ready so with 45 minutes delay … tbh this is a very bad service

This is your own apartment. I booked the King apt overlooking the beach. The room had amenities like dishes and beach towels, body wash and it even had a washer and dryer. Location was perfect! The beach is less than 20ft away. There is a nice pathway behind the building where you can walk , jog or ride your bike. Plenty of restaurants in the area and a nice grocery shop (Publix) within walking distance. I took a Uber to Biscayne Market. (Downtown Miami , lots of people and restaurants and shopping. I took the “celebrity cruise” which was very reasonable, less than $20. The building has five pools. One outside and one on the 5th floor. Kids love it here It’s a bit pricey here but if you want luxury then you pay for it here.

It's the second time coming to this place , we like the location and the facilities...overall people are helpfull but reception is not responsible to solve any issue related to the appartment..they do only check in and check out...Valet parking ,very responsive, everyone is kind and fast...cost is 20$ per day...nearby (30m) is Alison Park, a very nice playground..You don't have funny smell from cigars of any type, everything in the common areas is clean and carefully maintained...

Room was not cleaned properly, balcony was dirty, plenty of hairs around and generally the cleaningwas very basic...Paying a fee for such service and getting the appartment in this condition is unacceptable...the company who operates the appartment should take this into consideration and improve it.

No fault of the owner, it was the registration details that delayed my check in. Also I arrived earlier than check in-at 3 and was required to wait. This wasn’t the owners fault, but when tired and wanting to decamp this was a bit inconvenient. Don’t arrive before check in time.

Early check out too -at 11. The only real negative is that you won’t want to leave.

Nice and spacious condo with a balcony! The kitchen was fully stacked, and everything was working well. Very clean and functional. Great view but no city noise. Very walkable - plenty of great restaurants with authentic food close by.

The pools close way too early. The bed sheets are old and show a lot of wear and tear. The faucet in the bathroom sink was a bit wild - may need some calibration.

The room was clean. The hotel itself is on the first line.

I was really looking forward to a relaxing stay, but the constant messages from the hotel were overwhelming. Despite wanting a break from notifications, I kept receiving excessive messages from them, which became quite irritating. This was a major downside to my experience.

Amazing view, spacious apartment and friendly calm neighbourhood. Beautiful beach and pool zone. Well-designed bathroom and comfy bed. Managers of the hotel are the best, happy to help anytime. Everything is perfect! Agradezco de corazón tu hospitalidad y calidez durante mi estancia!

Great location. Nice pools and beach. Easy check in. Great apartment setup. Kitchen has everything you would need to cook. Very safe. Nice park for the kids within a short walk.

Hotel was very loud you could hear neighbors on all sides. The bed was low and squeaky. There isn't many places to hang wet towels, beach towels and bathing suits. Family of 4 and we had 3 small beach/pool towels. A little too much bleach in the pool/hot tub it removed the color from our bathing suits.

Overall, the room was clean, the location was good.

The very low point of my stay is when one of the valet attendants had assumed I was an Uber driver. After returning from a quick late-night run less than 20 minutes , there was no way to forget I was a hotel guest; it was very rude and inconsiderate. I had given him a tip upon retrieving my car, then to act two faced during my return; not freaking cool!

Great location, spacious appartment with sea view, friendly hosts and fellow guests, well-equipped kitchen, umbrellas and beach loungers included, kids playground next door

Rather primitive sofa bed is only suited for small kids; noise nuisance from Collins Ave, A/C, and refrigerator; no room service
