We booked 3 rooms for family members to meet us for my husband’s 50th birthday. We were a little disappointed in the first room we had as bathroom was tiny. I explained to Robert that we were hoping for a different room, with more space and bigger bathroom. He was very kimd and was able to accommodate our request. We had a great time in that bigger room, and lots of family time and lots of laughs. We had a wonderful visit in Miami and would definitely stay in hotel again. We loved having the kitchenette. And thanks again to Robert for his assistance.

Some rooms have tiny bathrooms with no counter space. Pool could be bigger and the path to pool should be prettier with potted plants ect

The property was clean, had a stove and refrigerator and microwave. Beach was right behind the building plenty of restaurants and stores nearby

The staff were not very welcoming. When I first checked in I was unaware of the $250 deposit, they were laughing at me thinking I didn’t have the money to pay the gold fee

If you’re looking for a place in North Beach with sand, sun, and beach vibes—this is it! Just go for it—I had an amazing time. I was welcomed professionally and kindly by Eddie at the reception. I asked for the quietest room, and he was so understanding and helped me check in smoothly. The place has everything you need: a kitchen with utensils, a coffee machine, pots—you can cook and enjoy your meal right on the beach. It’s also close to bakeries and restaurants (there’s sushi and seafood nearby—both are great and with seriously good wine picks). For me, the place felt a bit far from downtown, and I needed to change locations. Even though the booking was non-refundable, Eddie helped me check out, and after I explained the situation to Booking.com, everything went smoothly. If you’re the manager, please give Eddie a raise! I would definitely recommend this place for a family, a group of friends, or even a solo traveler looking to treat themselves to a spacious apartment right on the beach. :)

Easy check-in. Was clean and had everything we needed. The beach was steps away as well as shopping and eating. They had towels for you to use at the beach and pool. Overall the stay was nice.

We wanted something right on the beach, with a kitchen and budget friendly which is what we got. The hotel is dated but very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very small but we were able to cook breakfast in the mornings and make sandwiches for lunches. We had 4 adults staying in the room and it was a little crowded as there was only one sofa and the living room was small. We were very pleased with the location as it was close to restaurants and right on the beach. You were given 2 chairs per room on the beach and the cost of an umbrella was $15. We never went to the pool so I can't comment on that. Check in and check out was very easy and the staff was always very helpful and very nice. There is also a free shuttle that would take you to South Beach and that was very nice. The only other thing I wish the hotel had was a balcony and a good view. Because we wanted to be right on the beach and wanted a kitchen and stay budget friendly I had to give up the balcony/view. This hotel does not have any rooms with a balcony. We could have had an Ocean view for another $75 per night. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and definitely recommend.

There was a fully equipped kitchen, with breakfast bar. Lounge area. Very comfortable bed, with separate bathroom areas. Fantastic location virtually on the beach, literally only a few feet away. Also free sunbeds available. Beautiful walk along beach path, running parallel between hotel and beach. Plenty of restaurants and cafes on your doorstep and supermarkets. Lots of bus stops running along Collins avenue.

Only the fact there were no balcony to sit and have breakfast or an evening drink.

This location is everything. We stayed for two days after a cruise and had 2 rooms. The rooms are comfortable for 3 people for sure. 1 room had we had an adult with 2kids (11 & 12) and in the other room 2 adults. We loved having the mini kitchen, the two way entry to the 1 bathroom as well as the sink outside of the tub and toilet. The beds and let out couch were comfortable with enough covers and pillows. We liked being right there on the beach as well as being able to walk around to the restaurants or grocery stores to have snacks and drinks in the rooms. The rooms could use an update but what hotel doesn't and the atmosphere makes up for that ....if you can book a room with the beach view!!

What we didn't like about the hotel was even though there was an outside pool it was just a little bit too dirty out there but I'm not sure how to handle that because it's outdoor. In the room we are just use to having a broom and if you use the dishes you will need a dish towel as well as dish liquid because there is only something there to use the dishwasher. That is really all I have on the dislike of this hotel. Hope it helps you to decide but the hotel is really worth your stay, we will be back.

The room was clean and organized

The gym was super dirty and unorganized. Weights were everywhere and black thick dust all over the free weights rack. I also booked a top floor suite was given a second floor suite over looking another building.

It is not the first time we stay at this hotel. The location is good, near the hotel there are Publix and Walgreens (24/24), several restaurants. There is a bus stop for Collins express(free of charge) if you want to go to South beach (usually it takes 25 min if there is no traffic), and also a bus stop for Nr 100 to Aventura mall/Downtown. If you have a flight in the evening, there is a possibility to leave your luggage at the reception for the whole day. The beach is 1 min from hotel, you get 2 chairs, but for the umbrella you have to pay. If you practice kitesurf, in 2 min walk there is a kite club where you can also rent the equipment ( but you must have an IKO certificate- level 3)
