The penthouse was beautiful with an amazing view of the ocean! The penthouse was well maintained, and the decor was very modern and clean. I loved that there are full length mirrors everywhere in the penthouse as my girls and I always fight for mirrors in other hotels to get ready. The washer and dryer in the penthouse came in handy as we were on the beach a lot, so we were able to wash our dirty/wet beach-wear immediately. Our host Mona was very helpful, kind, and attentive to our needs, and we would definitely rent from her again! There are bike rentals and tour packages you can purchase in the lobby. We loved the tiki bar by the pool!

The valet was hit or miss with the wait. It was anywhere between 2 minutes to 40 minutes wait. I wish they had self parking so we didn't have to waste time waiting for our car. We almost missed an excursion because we waited so long for our car.

This Pent House Condo is beautiful!! Very tastefully decorated and very comfortable. There were lots of blush towels, amenities, everything your could ever need in the kitchen, and the views were the best!! The food and drinks available at the pool side Tiki bar and lower level cafe were good and reasonably priced. We loved having a store available on the lower level for breakfast items, beer, and wine. Mona, the owner of this unit, was very friendly and helpful with all my questions and took care of little issues that came up when checking in and valet parking. She was quick to respond, which we greatly appreciated. We loved this condo!

Check in lines were long, and lines for valet were as well. But the staff was professional. The owner, Mona, was very helpful and quick to respond to issues. Mona is wonderful!

The property was beautiful. It actually looks just like the photos. We were very comfortable there. It was right in the beach and she even had beach chairs in the room. The views from every room were amazing.

There are lots of tourist. The check in was a bit confusing. But the property manager called and we were treated like celebrities.

This was as awesome property and sea view was breathtaking. The whole property is decorated with highest standards. We loved the property and sea view. The whole experience was beautiful. We consider it again in near future and it’s highly recommended.

The apartment was beautiful and the view was unbelievable! It was close to the ocean and short drive to south beach. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed, including a coffee maker and a blender. The owner was super nice and welcoming.

The apartment was very clean, and very well equipped, and the images gave a very good impression of the apartment. We liked it that there was complementary coffee, tea, pepper, salt, sugar, etc. Something you not always have and you have to get buying. Very comfortable bed and stunning view.

the room was superb! when you rent here, keep in mind that different parts of the building are owned and managed by different companies. so all the negative reviews here are likely mostly pertinent to the other companies. this particular penthouse is a gem!

The condo unit definitely exceeded my expectations. The host Mona is amazing. She patiently answered all of my questions and gave very detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. The condo had everything we needed with a very elegant look. The ocean view from the rooms is awesome with easy access to the beach. There's a restaurant at the lobby and a tikki bar by the pool. The location is great as well. I will definitely recommend this place.

Amazing view and I want to first and foremost, applaud Mona for having such a beautiful rental home. I will genuinely be taking inspiration of the decor for my own home renovation.Thank you for being so attentive host.

The view was magnificent! The condo was very spacious and clean. Beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler are provided, which made the beach trips easy. You are 424 steps (from you room to elevator to beach) from the beach. Can't get much better than that!

While our condo was awesome, the photos show two different condos. The pictures for the one we were in weren't until #40ish, so I thought we were getting to 1st condo. Valet/Uber circle drive was packed most of the day and night. You have to give yourself extra time to account for traffic.
