Reception staff is not helpful and they ask you to basically do everything yourself

The room is beautiful and the pool is nice and big.

It was very expensive a d the hotel don’t really give anything back for what you pay. The drinks are overpriced, the food is overpriced. No water is provided in the room even though we were there for 6 days. We asked for a cup of hot water for tea bags we brought in and were charged $2 per cup. We asked if we could drink our champagne for our anniversary in the bar and were told we had to sit my the chairs near the lift and weren’t allowed in the bar. We asked for a bucket of ice and were told they could not provide this. Most hotels are accommodating, this one wasn’t. It seemed to take every opportunity to make more money off guests.

Our dinner in the restaurant. Definitely lived up to expectations! The family pool - clean with helpful staff. I really liked the refilling water stations. Excellent idea.

Given the price I was disappointed with the adult only Nobu pool. The loungers were far too close together and very disappointingly one trip we were put on two loungers with a dirty, sticky table between and the pool had a spillage in it - looked like ice cream. Both were ignored by the pool staff! Also at breakfast, we couldn’t have a latte because the machine was broken, but hey the coffee shop at the front had lattes so I expected our server to go and get one from there. Also my poached egg was very over cooked - that did get replaced eventually.

Lobby bar staf- 👍, housekeeping- 👍 beach and pool side team - super, The star of front desk team is RICHARD ARUBA ( written on his name tag) - NOBU DESK . Room dining food very tasty. The only thing that we didn't like was breakfast. do not suggest to book with breakfast: buffet breakfast doesn't include latte , its for an additional price. Menu lunch- all items to be paid separately. We ordered : 2 portions egg, one portion pancakes, tea, and one buffet breakfast for one of us. The receipt was 171 usd. All the rest was excellent

Room services was very bad.

My wife and I would like to give special recognition to Richard for his outstanding service. His commitment to excellence and ensuring that everything was handled in the best possible way made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for your kindness, attentiveness, and dedication to making everything perfect.

The mattress. I think is time to change it. Thats the only thing I did not like it.

Staff service is really good. Adults only pool is a good touch. Bar area in lobby is good. Ocean Social is great for breakfast, coffee is the best I had while in the US Comfiest beds while in the US

First time in Miami Beach. Not a lot happening up the North end where this property is located. Had to get ubers every day. If you want somewhere a bit more quiet, definitely recommend it. If you want to be more central, I would recommend staying in South Beach. Didn't like the $200 usd holding charge per day. We were there for a week.

Rooms where very modern and spacious, appropriate for the price and luxury one expects at a hotel of this level. I left a set of headphones accidentally that were kept safe for a couple of weeks until someone could pick it up.

Only inconvenience was when I made an order via uber eats that was delivered at the front desk. When I came to pick it up I was told it wasn't received so I spent around 20 minutes trying to locate the delivery guy. I went back to the front desk to ask to check again and there was the package.

Lovely reception, bar area and nobu restaurant. Rooms were lovely and kept very well tender

There were only three non alcoholic cocktails my 20 year old daughter could choose from and staff would not make a fresh one. One she couldn’t have as she was allergic to cucumber -l

The property was very welcoming and overall beautiful, it also smelled very good throughout the entire inside.

Adult pool had lots of bugs inside. My bathroom made noise as I ran the water and flushed the toilet. The lobby bathrooms weren’t as pleasant as they could’ve been with cleanliness.
