Noisy in morning and sometimes from neighbors, no staff after 4p

Proximity to the beach, stores and restaurants! The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, easy check-in and checkout. Owner responds quickly to texts and front desk personnel were helpful and friendly. Air conditioning worked great and the shower and pressure were wonderful.

Initially there was a “wet carpet” smell upon entering the room, which during my 2 week stay had gone away, and/or I had gotten used to it, but that’s to be expected being that its carpeted and you’re so close to the beach with wet towels, and feet and such. Perhaps an upgrade to tile floor would be better. And the rooftop terrorist did not match the pictures on the website could use a little updating on that even if it’s just seating with chairs and a couple tables.

I was there 10 days and I really liked it. The hose and furniture is old but it’s a really cool style. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was available 25/7 and very helpful with every little question and need. Fridge in room stopped working - had a new in less than 10 mins. The location is great. 300 meter to the beach, bike rental, Hertz, cafés, restaurants and a 24/7 open shop. South Beach and Ocean Drive was 10 minutes with car och 15 minutes with bike on the lovely bike path by the beach.

It was a bit smelly but the humidity there in the summer is what it is. Thin walls.

Highly Recommend We didn't need to speak to the front desk about anything, after we booked accommodation, we received a message with our room number & code, we were able to check in straight away which was pretty awesome. Cloud Nine was the feeling I received after taking a nap. Venezia has a restaurant downstairs which is perfect for breakfast & anytime you are craving a snack. The only thing the room didn't have was a rooki T.V, where I couldn't listen to afro beats on YouTube, & was stuck watching old channels. That's the only thing I would change, overall the room was large, check out was optional 11 or 12 & we took the 12 o'clock option. We will be returning in the future God Willing 🙏

Decently priced and in a good location! Smells clean and nice throughout. Located in mid beach and you can get the FREE beach trolleys to North and South beach or the 100 bus for $1.75, can also take this bus into downtown. Close to the beach and the boardwalk. There is a CVS nearby for food shop and also great restaurants. Would recommend!

Rooftop terrace furniture could do with updating as it is a lovely space up there

Here's a corrected version of your paragraph: I stayed at the Venezia Hotel for two days. The room was more spacious than expected, and it was clean with plenty of storage. The location is great, just a two-minute walk from the beach. Even though we didn't need to contact the staff due to the self check-in and check-out process, I appreciated that they personalized a check-in during our stay through the booking messaging app, which is a rare touch.

I would have appreciated having a kettle and tea/coffee in the room as well as a fridge

The location is great. Restaurant on site. Very comfortable.Very private. Front Desk Maria was super friendly and helpful. The desk closes early so if you need to check in best to dot early. But one call and my room number and code was sent. Park at the Public garage near the Basken Robins and walk the 3 blocks They are super inexpensive parking. They have parking behind them, for $134 for 3 days, run by some one else. I paid$ 8 dollars for 24 hr parking, if you come and go it's $1 an hour. It is a 3 min walk to Ocean.

The quiet, room is very clean and The large bedroom window, has an elevator and restaurant.

The location of the hotel is amazing as it’s a two minute walk to the beach. The room was clean and it hat everything we needed.

There’s no pool which we obviously knew but I just wanted to say that because I think a pool on the roof terrace would attract even more customers.

I loved the privacy in there. No contact room Access and so on. Also I loved the room, the hygiene was nice and the bed was so comfortable. Also the flatscreen TV. Loved it. The bathroom is a modern build bathroom. Loved it too. The position was perfect for the price and there is a cvs 5 min by foot away also very practical. The bus station was 1 minute from the hotel. Loved it. And also the beach access everything was so nice. The rooftop deck was the highlight end I spend every evening there enjoying the last sunshine of the day in Miami.

There could have been room cleaning service but it was okay.

The location was great, just 2 mins away from the beach, in proximity of stores, restaurants and highway. At the same time there was no noise from the streets. The room was spacious and the bed quite comfy.

The price was quite high on the days I was staying even though i booked in advance... now the price for other days seems more reasonable. The sound isolation was not good, i could hear people speaking on the phone at night (not shouting, just speaking) at another room, but I do not know how it is for other hotels in this area.
