Beachfront location of hotel, 20 mins from Airport. Friendly staff, particularity at breakfast and pool bar. No problem getting loungers by the pool any time of the day.

Could have had a bar to relax in of an evening, there is a small one on mezzanine level but it was closed

Location to the beach and restaurants.

The distance from the airport with no shuttle service. A taxi was very expensive to the tune of $57.00.

Breakfast buffett is the best deal + you can customize your omelette,unlimited beverages. The rooms and beds are so comfortable. I love the penthouse room with a partial ocean / street view. I will definitely book the same room when i return.

The pool deck is more kid friendly. So if you're a family with small children that's good. But if you're a bachelor or a couple looking for an adults only vibe to have your poolside drinks it may or may not work for you.

I loved that the room we ended up with had the large wrap around balcony, large closet, and super comfortable bed!! The hotel being beachfront was also a huge plus, that way we didn’t spend too much time AND money traveling back and forth to the beach. The bar by the pool was also really nice!

Honestly, the parking was my only complaint. There wasn’t much parking on site, and you still had to pay over $40 for that. They recommend a parking garage nearby which wasn’t terrible, but you have pay over $50 A DAY for parking there.

The staff was great. Very kind and professional and always willing to help.

One of the elevators was down in the front lobby and using one elevator on spring break week when there are tons of guests made it very difficult to get in and out of the building. The elevator only holds 7 so we had a group of 4 we found ourselves having to wait on the elevator three and four times often just to get in and out of the building floor. That was a nightmare and consumed way more of our time then it should have just waiting on elevators.

The experience was superb. They gave me a room with a spectacular view! I appreciate the service provided. Everything was great. Jacky's service at the pool was excellent, and the front desk staff were very helpful at all times. I highly recommend this place! Room 916 y all the time in pool y beach!

There were two days when my room wasn't cleaned, and I wasn't given the towels I needed. From there the place is impeccable, in all its environments.

The beach behind the hotel was awesome. So Beautiful ❤️

The pool should open earlier, as well as beach access.

Loved the chairs, umbrellas, towels and water provided at the beach front of the hotel and the swimming pool and bar overlooking the beach with ample seating, shade and sun, and games as well as dedicated shaded outdoor space between the two! I also loved the walking path between the pool and beach. My grandson liked the gym and we liked the espresso and hot chocolate machine. Beautiful lobby and helpful staff.

Toilet had to hold handle down a few seconds to flush but a minor inconvenience and recently painted doors were having peeling issues that could be easily remedied with a good painter.

We had a balcony view room, which was super clean, and there was easy access to nearby restaurants, walking path, and to the beach.

There was no running air vent in the bathroom.. It would have been nice to have after taking showers. It made it more humid in the room. Also, check-in n is at 4 pm. We got there about 1:30 pm and there were no rooms available. Our room wasn't available until 3:45pm. Most resorts I've been to in the past have allowed early check-in. They were probably behind schedule that day.

Excellent location, nearby good restaurants, quiet place, the room was good, confortable bed. Good choices for breakfest and easy to access the beach and nice swimming pool .

The courtain of the shower was short and water goes all over the floor. I advise the reception and they changed solving this problem. The other thing was the drain of the shower... it was too slow and taking bath the water started to fill up the bath tube. This was not solved.
