I recommend changing the frying pans and spatulas for them, the frying pan is non-stick, the appliances are aluminum. These cannot be combined, there was not enough towels, cling film, the dishwasher does not wash well, I put it in twice, the dryer dries only on the wash plus dry mode, this takes a long time, the pressure in the bathroom is very low. I am writing to improve the stay in the hotel

Easy to find, perfect for a small family. We had to come to Miami for a family emergency, and the price was very fitting for a low income family.

I was not aware there was no parking for this particular Air BNB.After arriving, we were told there was a possibility we could park in the hotels parking garage next door which was going to cost $35 - $42 a night. Thankfully we were declined. We ended up finding parking 4 blocks away near the Dunkin donuts for a $1 an hour for overnight parking. Made it frustrating to have to walk 4 blocks anytime we needed to leave or coming back, but otherwise it was a good place to stay.

Noisy room because of nearby building maybe. There was no city view and nearby building was so close that you can’t even check the weather through the window

The apartment well equipped for a family, with main kitchen utensils and comfortable bedroom.

The noise was terrible the apartment there is door linked with other room and for unlucky the neighbours was too disrespectful playing music 2AM.

The property was neat. It had all the facilities as advertised.

The property was not as spacious as I thought. The bathroom was a tad bit small. There are no restaurants around. It would be ideal to have a car, although, the tram was right opposite the property which helped. Communication was a bit tough because you don't have access to a person, instead you speak to a AI bot. The walls are a bit thin so I could hear my neighbours and they had a child who was constantly crying.

We had an amazing stay at these apartments! Everything was perfect – the room was clean and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed linen was fresh and spotless. The towels were bright white and soft, which made our stay even more pleasant. The location was great, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami Beach!

1. Limited linen supply for 15days stay 2. I was given a family room and the connecting room had no lock on the door, I.e., guests from adjacent room can visit our apartment that caused me some safety concern. I did give a call at the customer support but no one came to put the lock

Excelente location, 100 mts from the beach, beautiful apartments. Very secure and close from everything. If u are driving and looking for a cheap parking. Look for Garage 6 , its like 2 bloke away and cost $1 per hour or $8 all day.

I asked for any anniversary gesture, but the answer was no, we don't offer anything.. a chocolate, screen message, or a flower could make the difference.

Location was very central, unit was clean and exactly as pictured. Unit was well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. Extra bonus that they had coffee and tea supplies as well. Customer service was very responsive when needed.

It only has 1 rack and a few hangers for all clothes. No drawers for clothing storage either, just a few small cubbies.
