Great location for a good price. We liked the view and the pool + poolbar were also OK. Beach beds and umbrella included! Rooms were clean and everything worked. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel has seen better days but the overall experience was pretty OK. Thx

Proximity to the beach and that they lent us beach chairs and had breakfast.

That fact that you had to park 3 blocks away and pay for it and you had to pull your suitcase up a flight of stairs to enter the building.

The property was beautiful I had a wonderful view of the beach and pool from my room . They also have a bar on the Lower level the doesn’t close till 5am. Also, right down the block is a CVS which is convenient if you left anything at home.

At 5am we came back to our hotel and hadn’t been in our room 10 yet before we heard someone banging on the door( like to cops) we looked out to peephole it was hotel security his name (Orlando) he was yelling and screaming, saying that we were being too loud and that this would be our first and final warning. I was unclear the how we could’ve been making a disturbance when we just got in andhadn’t even had time to put on our PJs yet . , and even if we were being loud he should have had the front desk call our room . No one especially no man should be Banging on a room that has four women in it at 5.

Location and cleanliness were the highlights. Fluffy pillows and comfortable beds.

Lacked safety, no one on the lobby at times. Elevators and lobby, back doors and did not have safety features. Anyone could enter the property and use the elevators. Only the actual room had card access safety. Shower was extremely outdated, peeled off, looked old and not great. The front desk person told us we were paying expensive rates (what?). Then, proceded to talk on the phone about how they had charged someone a night which was supposed to be free and how the customer was really mad? Like, maybe things you should not discuss in front of other customers. After that he recommended places to visit and that was really helpful.

I love that the rooms actually was very nice not run down like some of the hotels that you go to because they're so busy all the time they don't have time to update. I love how we have access to the beach and we got lawn chairs with our stay. I would definitely be recommending and coming back first time here and it was phenomenal! And the room made it all the better!

They didn't have any continental breakfast, coffee, juice or muffins

I liked the location, and the proximity to the beach, the pool was nice and great size. We really liked the room with ocean & pool view.

We felt that it could be more secure; the front door remained open all night, and although a person was supposed to be at the front desk, when we arrived late, we didn’t see anyone monitoring visitors. The elevator door could be taken by anyone.

Manager Hector made the check-in process easy and fast. Parking was easy and convenient, and it's good to see work being done but I hope the rates don't go up!

I noticed one of the double bed mattresses was not the usual high quality, comfortable mattresses that I look forward to. Not sure how that happened. And the TV kept spooling. Maybe a bandwidth issue? It would be nice to have a smart TV.

Location

Doors slamming by staff all day long starting at 7 am. Staff in hallways constantly on walkie talkies with the volume all the way up. Neighboring rooms are noisy. We had adjoining rooms and someone was always trying to open the door between the rooms by shaking the handle and pulling on it. One guy said he thought it was a closet. Windows whistling in the wind. Very loud place. Beds are comfortable and lots of pillows! Unfortunately the pool was cold.

The views are amazing from the balconies, the staff is super friendly and helpful

Pool and restaurant were under maintenance and construction, but we were able to use the sister hotel amenities, so worked out ok. Also, there was no microwave in our room.

I like the location of the hotel and the fact that they are nice and friendly.

I didnt like the fact that the hotel is being renovated and its not mentioned and the prices are still extremely high for a hotel thats being fixed and half empty.
