The people that used to manage this hotel were very nasty people and to see the transformation into this well-kept establishment brought me real joy. I had the top floor king room with an ocean view and it was spectacular. Enough towels and bathroom supplies with comfortable bed gets high scores. The colors of the room are very stylish, very Miami. It was a work day but a relaxing stay with a nice selection of TV choices and microwave/refrigerator kitchenette. Really good prices right now, so book now and enjoy a fantastic property. Hoping you enjoy Miami Beach!

The elevator is a bit outdated and i would prefer to have the room serviced included in the stay. It was the first time staying in a hotel where i was told i had to pay extra if i wanted to have the room cleaned which sucked as going back and forth from the beach we brought a lot of sand into the room.

Fresh and clean, good AC. Looked exactly like the pictures. Bed was very comfortable. A lot of storage space even though the room is small. Extra plus for the free beach towels and umbrella.

It was loud. You hear your neighbors from above, beside and below you

I loved the room! It was perfect! Very comfortable bed and some kitchen stuff that was really useful. The fact that they offer you umbrellas and towels for the beach is amazing! The location was great too! It’s just one block away. Another fantastic thing is that the Miami Beach Trolley stops nearby so you can travel to south beach or any other place easily. Finally, the receptionist, Oscar, was very friendly and he would answer all my questions. He also speaks Spanish. thank you Oscar!

Just one small thing. Sometimes the air conditioning was quite noisy.

The staff was very friendly and cooperative. They were prompt in responding to each email. Yana and Oscar took care of us very well. The room was cosy, pretty and clean and had all basic amenities like microwave, fridge, kettle, iron, hair dryer, toaster, etc. Extra towels and umbrellas were available at the hotel for no extra cost. There is a ATM machine in the hotel itself. Beach is about two minutes walk from the hotel. The location of hotel is very good as local buses, shuttles etc are available close to the hotel.

Location was very good. Staff was always polite and supportive everything was easy with them. They ask do I need something everyday over and over again. Short walking distance to miami beach. They provide beach towels even beach umbrellas in each room :) There is electronic pin entry to facility and room. So, you don't need to carry key card. If I visit Miami again I would definitely stay here. Thank you.

somehow fire alert system activated but it was false alert. Positive point of view: Miami Fire Rescue Department arrived to facility in 9 minutes and they checked the building. It was a good to see in case of emergency, contingency plan works well.

The location is sublime. Being only a block away from Miami North beach, the ocean is nearby and the hotel is nestled along convenient places such as a few restaurants and a CVS pharmacy. The hotel is decorated beautifully. Beach towels and umbrellas are provided for free. The front desk is helpful and accommodating.

If you have a car, parking can be a hassle because there is no parking lot for this hotel; only street parking that you'll have to pay by the minute or there is also a parking garage that's a 10 minute walk away, $8 for the whole day but no in-out privileges. A "king" or "queen" bed is not actually what you'll find but rather a true full. A "futon" is a fold-up floor mattress that is surprisingly very comfortable to sleep on. Honestly the hotel does a good job making do with what they have. If you're okay with the parking sitch and full sized beds, it's still a great place in my opinion so its still a 10/10

I want to start by saying this was my first trip out of state on my own with friends. Me and my friends were all 20 so I loved that we didn’t have to be 21 to check in. I loved that everything was self service. We were able to just grab what we needed when we needed it. The water in she shower was probably my favorite part the shower was extremely hot and great water pressure. The codes to doors made it easy to get around. The service was very fast all I had to do was send a text and whatever we needed we got right away.

The only thing I recommend is them accommodating you with free breakfast
