Staff excellent, location perfect

My issue was the cleaningnes of the room, microwave had food splatters inside, little mold in showers and sofas and chairs had stains.would have liked more breakfast options we stayed for 3 day and eating the same every morning gets boring.

Very nice hotel, that had an airport shuttle. The staff are very accommodating, and the breakfast was nice. I just wanted a place to crash by the airport for one night that was quiet and comfortable.

Not really close to anything worthwhile (at least, walking distance), but that was also kind of the point of staying there.

Size of the Queen suite, kitchen facilities, and breakfast buffet.

I had checked in online but when taking receipt of my room keys had to check in with my credit card again. The following action was my mistake whereby I used the first card out of my wallet being different that I had used when checking in online. So I had a hold for the cost of the stay on both cards. Later on the staff member stated that he did not see I had already checked in. Lesson learned.

The service was very friendly, specially Mr. Santiago assisted us extraordinary well.

Room service could clean more precisely

Nice and big room. The location was good. Very comfortable bed. For people with kids, there's a beautiful park nearby, with 2 playgrounds and a water park. Good amenities at the room, including soap and scrub for dishes, nice space for cooking and was great to have a full size refrigerator instead of just a mini fridge

Waiting time for airport pickup, It took a while, for us was about 45 minutes. Lights on top of the kitchen countertop where not working

The first day we had a problem the room was not cleaned properly , there were a medicine box in the draw from the prior guest. That's the only problem we had going forward..It was very clean, and the staff was very helpful , they had a smile on their face's. Karla Assistant Manager, Maria in Housekeeping , Brian @ the front desk they were very professional. They made our Honeymoon unforgettable experience

it’s a fairly new hotel, perfect for a family of 4 where my two children are fully grown, there was a comfortable sofa bed in our room and a kitchenette so we were are to fix a quick dinner after our busy days… Staff was great, specially Mrs Saenz who was ready to solve our problems and many of our questions…

cleaning is not daily… but I guess it all changed after Covid

The hotel is situated in an extremely quiet area. Hotel had several extremely good amenities available. I stayed alone for 3 days. I enjoyed my stay.

I had to pay $8 for parking for each day. However I don't understand the reason for the parking fees since the parking lot is Huge and there was enough free parking and no extra security for the parking. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. I enjoyed the scrambled eggs, which were hot and fresh. Good choice of drinks. Would be a great place to stay for a few nights as we didn’t get to use the great kitchen facilities, as we only had one night after a flight in from UK. Even though we were close to the airport you couldn’t here any noise from the planes

The air conditioning was noisy, for those of us not used to it.

The rooms were clean and the size of the one bedroom double queen was nice for a family of four. It was actually bigger than I imagined and expected.

The breakfast options are not that much and almost the same for my 3-day stay.
