The location is central to everything, parking is great .

Nothing wrong to say about the property but is boring to eat the same thing every day for breakfast . And only one staff member taking care everyone mess . In not fear to tray your own employees so poorly . Work should be split between two people.

The front desk clerks were professional and very helpful. I appreciated the late check out of 12 o’clock rather than normal 11 o’clock. The bed was comfortable and the temperature in the room was also comfortable. Although I did not eat breakfast due to dietary restrictions and allergies, my son did enjoy it. There seemed to be a good selection of food. I did appreciate the water purifier in the exercise room.

The first room we went to was not cleaned at all by housekeeping. The sheets were stained and had hair on them. The bathroom had hair in the sink, on the floor, and in the shower. There was also hair and hearing on the toilet. The front desk clerk was very apologetic and immediately gave me keys to a different room. The second room was in much better shape. They were only a few hair in the shower, which I removed with a tissue. Also, the tables in the dining area or not completely wiped down between uses.

Excellent place to stay if you have business in the area or you are on an overnighter IN/OUT of MIA. It is what it says it is and more. Loved the free parking shared by the other hotel across the lot and while we stayed for 3 nights, we never encountered lack of parking space. Breakfast was fine as was the expectation.

All was as expected as per usual Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott standards which I never hesitate to book if location suits me. I wanted to be near MIA for convenience.

Good hotel close to the airport.

I had to wait 1.5h for the airport shuttle. I had called them 4 times to confirm pickup, only to hear that the driver will be arriving soon but no approximate time could be provided. I saw the shuttle pass me by two times and when called again, I was informed that there was a bigger group that needed to be picked up first - I was a solo traveller. When i finally got picked up at the airport and dropped at the hotel, I tried to ask for some compensation and was not met with any willingness to cooperate. Would have been good to manage expectation of travellers better in terms of airport shuttle.

Perfect location with lot of nice restaurants opp this hotel,banks Wells Fargo and regions right next door.Pick up from airport and drop is great convenience.Clean and spacious rooms with a very friendly and nice staff who gave us an late checkout on request for no charge as our flight was delayed.10 /10 guys 👌👍

I can only request them to extend their complimentary breakfast timings from 9am to 10 am so families don’t have to rush in the morning to enjoy the breakfast.

We liked the hotel check in process. It was smooth and fast. We liked the renovated room. It was spacious, cleans and comfortable. Our room was very quiet. It was on the 5th floor and we didn’t hear any noise.

The breakfast was good but we came down at 8:30 am. The last half hour of breakfast was super crowded and busy. Guests were impatient and there was no room, tables where to sit at.

The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. We Europeans also had something to eat :)The neighborhood is new and safe. There is a lot of parking.

The free shuttle cost $25 Our flight was delayed and we called the hotel at 10:25 to ask for the shuttle. Since there is only a transfer until 10:30, they didn't send it for us. I recommend writing that if the transfer is only available until 10 p.m. and not until 10:30 p.m. When we arrived in the evening, we informed the reception that we would like a transfer to the airport in the morning. The receptionist did not indicate that it was not free but $25.

The location and facilities were great! We liked that the breakfast was included, howvere a bit more variety would be welcomed.

I did not like that my room was not cleaned daily but every other day. We were out for most of the day on Saturday and the room was not cleaned. We requested clean towels and waived the room being cleaned as we needed tonpack and rest for the journey ahead

The room and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good my wife liked it very much. We didn't use the airport, we were visiting families in the area. Parking was easy and had plenty of spots to choose from .

The entrance to the property was a little hard to see with the speeding traffic. I found the entrance because of the GPS if not I would have missed it.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott is exceptional! I was so happy I chose this hotel! Very clean and a very good breakfast!

When I arrived at the airport, I waited and waited for a shuttle and none arrived. I saw other Marriott shuttles but they were going to different hotels. I ended up getting Lyft which cost me 16.96. When I booked this hotel because it said free shuttle pickup. The concierge at the hotel told me they have their own number and their shuttle must to be booked beforehand. I wish I had known!
