The hotel was clean and functional. The staff were friendly and customer service driven. The room we stayed in was comfortable. The breakfast seating area consisted of the whole of the reception area, so plenty of space. Reasonable choice for breakfast. Location is close to the airport.

The breakfast area itself is a bit small and can get crowded with guests. As in most Hyatt Place hotels in the USA, the bathroom sink area is in the bedroom area facing the bed, a pet dislike of mine and boggles my mind why this design choice was made.

Context: My 8 rating is in context of me needing a well priced place for a family of four to sleep near the airport with breakfast and free parking. It met all of those expectations. Not a hoyell I would stay in for more than 1 day. Convenience, close to airport but their other location (there is a Hilton PlaceEeast) is much closer to rental car center if that's what you need. Difference of 20 min in morning traffic! It was basic, but met our expectations. Clean, comfy bed, big room for family of 4, had microwave and small fridge in room. Clean (although I will never understand carpeting in hotels, it is just gross!) Price included breakfast for 4 which was good value, not out of this world but met basic need to eat and grab a coffee before heading to airport. Free parking too. Staff was friendly and helpful. Checked in late and had to call front desk a few times to ask questions and he was helpful every time. Even called me back when he missed a call.

Location for anything except airport. Weak water pressure.

The location is perfect, close to everything in Miami, the service from all the staff was extraordinary, clean facilities, the hotel seems to be many years old, however it has been well maintained, the rooms are spacious, the hotel was always clean and the breakfasts are delicious, we would definitely stay with my family again at this hotel, we loved our stay.

The only detail is that they check the showers, it seems that they are too damaged and the water does not flow well, I think that the showers should be changed for new ones, on the other hand for breakfast there is not enough space due to the number of people, however no It depends on the hotel, in our case we had breakfast at some tables that are in the parking lot and it was like a delicious breakfast outdoors so it was super good. I recommend this hotel 100%

The property was very clean It was close to most of the shopping centers restaurants and entertainment places It was really quiet You could barely hear the airplanes at night time the room was very comfortable and spacious they have really good breakfast and management was really nice The pool was very clean I recommend this place 100%.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, the surroundings were clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was peaceful. I appreciated the beautiful outdoor spaces, which added to the relaxing experience.

The open design, meant to accommodate wheelchair users was good however, it lacked proper barriers to contain the water. As a result, every time the shower was used, the whole floor got wet.

Breakfast was adequte for the stay and met expectations. Room was spacious. Location was very good and central. Staff was friendly. Parking was good. Room had small microwave, fridge, coffee maker. Fresh towels and sheets were provided daily.

Bathroom was good but opening bathroom door created some challenges getting in and out as it decreased the space. Not a deal breaker but a bit annoying.

The elevators had an awkward smell The room did not smelled good, it was like a humidity thing, I think the carpets need to be changed. Every time you enter the room you feel the strong smell, but once you've been several minutes inside you get used to it and it doesnt bother anymore. It was acceptable for the prices at a high season (summer).

The downside was not too much space for eating breakfast. Basically he got food and we had to eat in the lobby, waiting area and not together where we found a spot that could be difficult when you have children. The other thing was, the pools were not heated and my kids were looking forward to spending much time in the pool, but they got in and out pretty fast because the temperature of water was to cool. would definitely heat the water in this time of season till summer.

Big and comfortable room on a quiet place. Everything very clean. Excellent staff. Many available parking spots. Prestige location in Doral, at walking range from an open mall full of restaurants and other places to grab some food.

Air conditioner on the room was too noisy. Shower could be better as well. Breakfast was very good but could have a better variety of fresh fruits and pastries.

We loved the breakfast, it was different each morning! We also loved the pool and fitness services. There was warm water for drinking which usually is rare since mainly people drink cold water. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing too - always very polite and helpful whenever and whatever we asked they were patient with us. We were overall very happy with our stay.
