The staff is nice and polite. The food buffet offered in the morning and the evening that they provide is a nice gesture too. The staff were very kind and friendly, helped me with eating choices. They offer a full kitchen as well.

I don’t like that the staff gave me a room with a king bed when I booked a room with 2 queen beds. I found a pair of dirty underwear in the room and some kind of pills on the floor. I notified the cleaning staff and she was very apologetic but it doesn’t negate that she didn’t take the time to clean yo room properly.

Breakfast was good, shuttle was prompt and helpful, great customer service, Rooms were comfortable and spacious, cleaning was always done at a convenient time. Great stay for a 5 day trip.

Hand Soap in the bathroom was empty for most of my stay even though it was reported immediately

The breakfast was great. 4 hot items, fresh fruit, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, etc. Breakfast area was kept clean and attendants were very nice. Front desk person (a young man) was very friendly and helpful at check in. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable, pillows were not. The bedspread and drapes were a bit worn. There were fullsize kitchen and separate living room areas in the room but we weren't there long enough to use them. Overall though a nice room.

I enjoyed everything about this place. The staff was fantastic. Everyone was so friendly. The breakfast was amazing, and there was even light dinner and happy hour. The rooms were comfortable and clean and very quiet. And the best part was being able to use the amenities at the other three hotels in the same lot. If I come back to Miami, I will definitely want to come here.

We loved our room. It was a suite with a living room and separate bedroom. Has a kitchen area with a full size refrigerator, stove top, cabinets with dishes, and a dishwasher. Weekdays include a managers reception in the lobby with food, wine, and soft drinks.

Lots of airplanes flying over the building often so if you need a very quiet place then you want to keep this in mind. Also, we couldn’t figure out how to exit the parking lot on foot to get food. Another staff member gave us a very long and complicated route behind the hotel after they first opened a GATE in order for us to exit! YIKES!!! We walked along a back alley-like road with a sidewalk that ended after a short distance. We had to look out for many speeding cars, trucks, and buses. The food places were a lot closer than the 20-minute walk route that we were given.

The facilities were really good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice little snack bar at the front desk for you to purchase treats to eat. Also, the hotel shuttle was such a plus, and it made it easy to get a ride to and from the airport and hotel. This is a really nice place if you are looking for a hotel to stay at in Miami.

We arrived mid day straight from a cruise ship. They allowed us an early check in which was needed. We were also allowed to walk across the parking lot to use another Hilton’s jacuzzi. Had a fast easy shuttle to the airport at 5am. Perfect place to stay if you are cruising in and out of Miami.

when the fan kicked on in the room sometimes it smelt like burnt hair.

Breakfast was okay, would like to have had non-pork options. Staff at check-in was amazing. Customer service was top notch. The hallway carpets could use a good steam cleaning but overall my stay was good.

Chris! Awesome guy!!! In him you got your employee of the year! Hotel was decent too. Suite was clean, beds comfy. The kitchen well equipped, the baths :) wow, what a place to spend the night after a whole day flying. I can understand why this place is so highly rated.

Shuttle took a really long time to arrive, other hotel shuttles were already on their second round when mine showed up. I was visibly frustrated to the point where I wrote to ask if the shuttle really existed, but all's well that ends well...let me add that the next morning we were punctual to a t. Directly on the hour.

I was impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the front desk staff, the well-laid-out lobby and the suite was spacious, giving me a feeling that I was at home. The area was very quiet and I had a great night's sleep. This is ideal for a one-night stay or longer. I will sure stay again

The shuttle pick-up at the airport didn't work for me. I had no access to make an international call to the hotel to inform them that I had arrived. Unfortunately, I waited at the usually designated area for shuttles for 30 minutes in unusually chilly temperatures in Miami until I was forced to take a taxi at a cost of 34 USD. I wished the shuttle drivers just circled around the airport as the other hotel shuttles do. Otherwise, everything else was great and I was able to get the shuttle the next morning for the airport.
