It was clean and staff was very nice, quiet, loved that they offer a laundry room, and a kitchen in your room.

Wish blankets were thicker but not a big deal. And no room service like you have to pay for someone to clean your room and in order to get new rags or towels you have to return the old ones first … most people who were staying here were here for surgeries so needing multiple towels blankets and pillows at once is sometime necessary and they can’t give that many out.

Served my purposes, a clean room kitchenette, and a bathroom. Great for me to get all i needed to do in FL.

The laundry room, while great to have, had issues with the credit card scanners.

Big room, comfortable sheets, super good towels and all very clean. It is a studio/flat so there's a small kitchen area with fridge and freezer, huge microwave and electric stove. The kitchenware, however, is not provided, not even a glass for water. You can rent a kit or bring your own. The hotel also counts with washer and drier and a vending machine where you can buy water, candy and all that type of food that you should probably avoid =P.

On the map I had the impression that I could almost walk from the airport, but this is not the case (not the hotel's fault, of course). Apart from a few fast foods in the avenue nearby, the location really limits your mobility. You definitely need a car or rely on a taxi service.

One of the customer service representatives was demeaning and disrespectful in every aspect but most when I went to rebook and pay at fronts desk totally embarrassing in the presence of other customers and staff for not coming down to pay even though it booked already paid and approved I have heart failure terminal this was very uncomfortable and made me depressed

It was clean and nobody bothered us

They do not give you clean towel an linens unless u pay for it so if your staying more than a week that’s the only down fall

Big parking, simple and clean. Strategic ubication. Usefull accessibility.

There aren’t any thing for the kitchen. I know that but I think that they can change it.

Every time I visit Miami I choose this location it’s very clean and quiet. Parking is great and the laundry facility is amazing. I love this for a stay over 5 days

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was great and enjoyed being able to prepare some of our food here instead of eat out all the time. We were staying here for 13 days due to having surgery. Customer service was great and helped us with anything we needed.

Housekeeping would be the only thing but will say if we needed something for our room just had to go ask for it. Even broom/ dust pan and mop. It wasn't too bad.

It is a good location and place to be, close to everything, no hassle at all, very quiet and safe.

Sometimes the hall smells like marijuana and sometimes you can hear the TV from other rooms and people having sex, late at night, I just saying, I am not complaining about it.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room had a humid smell. But overall I loved my stay.
