Everyone we met during our stay was so professional and kind. We loved our room and the cleanliness of everywhere we went in the hotel. We liked the fact when we reached the airport we were able to take the shuttle to the hotel. Getting a shuttle to the ship the next morning seemed like an erratic mess. They were no signs or different shuttle marked for the airport. if all shuttles could park in one area for where they were going it would have been much easier. We finally for a lady and she helped us - it was a pleasant ride at that point and we were soon at the airport.

Departing from the hotel was very disorganized. You couldn't tell which lane or spot you were supposed to be in for which company and we did not want to take any ride! There was one guy that said he would take us to the airport for $80. The next person I asked what their fee was and he said $50 per person. There should be signage for certain cabs, ubers, shuttles etc with the price displayed so tourist know what they are in for. The rides I refer to above were Uber drivers. After that experience I would never get into a Uber.

Comfy beds and sheets, nice decoration and furniture

We arrived at 10 PM - went straight to the restaurant and I ordered a Korean Bowl - which was supposed to be prepared with top sirloin strips and vegetables but instead I got a fatty disgusting meat - so I ate just the veggies. The restaurant was about to close in 45 minutes when my spouse and I decide to complain about the low quality of the food and we ended up not paying this one meal. The waitress understood our deception and took action. The Hotel might provide simple amenities like a shower cap and some cleansing make up stuff. BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED - you have to pay around 18 bucks to get it.

From the moment we arrived, check-in was a breeze! The hotel and our room were spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The young man at the front desk was exceptional—friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and a pleasure to talk to. He recommended Tap 42 for dinner, and it was absolutely spectacular! His suggestion made our stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely be returning!

I wasn’t happy that we had to pay for parking. For the rate we paid, parking should have been included.

The food was good and delivered at good time frame. Hotel staff meant our needs we asked for early check-in to get rest need for our early morning flight. We were coming in from cruise. We were very pleased to receive early check in which allowed us to get the sleep needed to be up and out by 5am.

The food was very expensive at hotel I ordered out for same thing was going to order at hotel and saved over $40.00m for both me and husband. The food was good and delivered at good time frame.

I thought everything was perfect for us. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was a tough time for all as many guests were evacuating from the west coast of Florida due to hurricane Milton. The staff not only had to handle all the guest and their needs but many animals. Words cannot tell you much I appreciate I could bring my dogs but how well I was treated by all the staff members. Great job!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Airport and I was very satisfied with my experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I would particularly like to thank Jose and Gaby for their help in retrieving my backpack. I left it in the hotel property when I came to the airport, and they were able to coordinate with each other to find it and bring it to me. I was so grateful to have my backpack back, and I really appreciate their efforts. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Airport and I would highly recommend it to others.

The hotel was newly renovated and clean. The room looked exactly like the picture and was quite clean and comfortable and the air freshener is such a pleasant scent. The full-body products available in the bathroom were a welcome touch.

The only downside was that while the air freshener is great it actually caused a mild allergic reaction to both myself and my mother.

The breakfast was good. The bar was in a great location and I was able to socialise, especially as someone travelling alone. The bed was super comfy, I just needed a few more minutes/hours/days in there. The room was very large and spacious. I loved my stay. Uber was cheap to Bricknell. Shuttle was useful to the airport. I missed the 5:30am, but got the 6am - definitely saves cost.

The AC in my room didn't work at all. The tap in the bathroom popped off in my hand.

Cleanliness was exceptional. We really enjoyed the bar/restaurant for both dinner/drinks and breakfast. The bartender was exceptionally friendly and took great care of us. Shuttle to the airport was great, and we parked our car at the hotel for much less than airport parking would have cost.

We were there during renovations, and my family in the other room was near enough to hear noise very early in the morning. Hopefully that will be completed soon and not be a problem in the future.

we did not eat breakfast, but after returning from the cruise, we ate dinner and it was very good. the room was comfortable and clean.

We only stayed one night coming and going and didn't have any complaints.
