We loved that there was a park in front of the building and we could take our dog for a walk there. We also loved the strip of bars right next door to the building.

Although it was advertised that the pool was not going to be accessible until the end of March, we didn't like that we had to pack and go to the building next door just to enjoy sitting by the pool. We didn't like that the temperature of the business room was set at a low temperature. Everyone we encountered in this room agreed that the room was too cold and it was difficult to sit for an hour straight to get some work done.

Everything was simply beautiful. We had a small issue in the beginning and guest services took care of it right away and made the rest of the stay great. We have already booked for next year!

The pool should stay open later! Too beautiful and serene to close at 7pm

Is not a hotel but an apartment. So breakfast we had to make our own. Wonderful view. Close to a Publix and (expensive but not always good ) restaurants. Very friendly and helpful office staff!

The elevator was far.

Great location, great view from the residences. Me and my family are satisfied with staying at this place!

Some service people do not speak English only Spanish

We Ioved our 2 bedroom unit. Full kitchen living room and a dinning area. Our balcony had a spectacular view. Beautifully decorated and very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The building was built a year ago. Publix supermarket is across the street and there is a variety of restaurants in the area. It is a safe environment. Elisabet, Senior Manager, is very accommodating. She made our check-in easy. Any questions or concerns Elisabet is the person we dealt with throughout our stay. She is very welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you guys for an amazing hospitality. I would highly recommend Provident Grand Luxury Short Term Residences to any family who want to feel at home.

The property is located in a very pleasant neighborhood and the supermarket across the street is very handy. Very nice spacious unit with wonderful views.

The check-in was a bit jumbled. The receptionist did not see our check-in envelope on her desk and kept asking us about our check-in code. It took a while for us to get through the check-in but after that we got to our unit fine. It would be handy to have an amenities sheet because you cannot remember all the things the receptionists tells you about what is included and what is not included in your stay or accessible with your unit key.

Property is beautiful. Central location to everything. Publix is right across the street and short walk away from a beautiful strip of restaurants.

They one more fob for building access in apartments with 2 rooms. The tvs are horrible to work - remote controllers not working properly

it was secure, very clean whole block of restaurants , big park for kids . just beautiful

the pool was not open due to construction but they did have a pool at the sister location down the block that also had a bar and lunch. beds were uncomfortable nice pillows though .

I didn't like how they didn't have everything organized for when I got there. I had to be buzzed in the whole weekend because the fob didn't work. I also didn't like how we didn't get to utilize the pool but I understand that it was under construction
