Shuttle to cruise port for $ 15 .

Breakfast was included but disappointing. The toaster wouldn't toast after 3 run tries .there seem to be a leak in the ceiling so a towel was on the floor both the towel / wet floor fall Hazzard! The shuttle ends at 8pm with a delayed flight had to find my own way.

Proximity to MIA airport, free shuttle to/from airport and breakfast.

Shuttle took approx 30 minutes from the time it left hotel to arrive to airport to pick up guests. At the time of our pickup, we noticed shuttle was also providing service for quality inn hotel guests. Those guests were dropped off first to their hotel and then Wingate second . So anyone using shuttle service should factor in additional time to their arrival or departure from airport if they intend to use the service to avoid any delays. The lighting was also very dim in bathroom. Not enough for applying makeup. And the toilet was not leveled, or kissing a bolt.

Ideal for our one night stay - beds comfortable etc. Food was as expected. Close to Miami airport. There was a shuttle from the airport although we did have to wait 1hr for the pickup.

It would have been good to have accurate time for the pickup from the airport - we had to wait an hour and weren’t sure it would come. As we Only had UK based phones we couldn’t phone the hotel to check on timings.

Our flights out of Miami were cancelled. By the time we tried for a hotel, we couldn't get a room so we spent the night in the airport. Wingate advised we come first thing in the morning and it would get us into a room before the normal 3 pm check-in. We were able to check in around 9:30 am which was wonderful.

The shuttle did not run frequently enough.

Very clean. Very nice people at the front desk. Good parking. Nice room. AC was nice and cold. Nicely decorated. Perfect ADA accessible passenger loading zone.

ADA mobility bathtub room was missing the secured tub seat. The handheld shower bar holder where the handheld want connects to use it as a standings shower was broken. There were no data ports in the room. There was no Kleenex in the room. No coffee 24/7 in the lobby. The included free breakfast had one pot of horrible nasty coffee served in tiny Styrofoam cups. The good coffee was a PAID option. That is just petty, cheap, and a disgusting tactic by management. It made the breakfast a complete disappointment.

Oh my goodness everything. I loved the location. Even though I wanted to be in walking distance of the mall I still appreciated the distance The hotel was clean and I enjoyed the daily housekeeping service. The breakfast was good and my family and I enjoyed it. Suggestion I’m not a coffee fan so maybe include some herbal tea options or hot chocolate options to the menu The reception staff both day and night were amazing, kind, and accommodating . In the words of our favourite receptionist… no you’re the best 🤣😂 So excited to book our next stay Oh yes let me say to future guest what you see in the photos it’s the real deal. I was scared as a first time guest to an international hotel because I know and I have heard how some hotels don’t update their photos to reflect the true environment but here is not the case.

It’s not a didn’t like but more of a suggestion. I didn’t know Miami was soooo populated with Spanish speaking residents so my biggest issue was not being able to communicate with some of the staff and the locals around the area. However the staff and I still got a good laugh out of the experience because of how we tried to communicate with each other. I loved it there and can’t wait to be back 💕

Far exceeded our expectations for a layover stay by the airport. Hotel was great, friendly staff, very clean property, comfortable beds, has a great lobby and bar/restaurant area, with a nice patio and exercise room/pool area to relax in (the pool is open 7-11pm, and you can use it after check out, it has an outdoor shower, the front desk will securely store your bags after check out) The lobby hallway has great art! The hotel felt safe, had a room safe, good locks on doors, required a room key card to access elevator and your floor. What was not advertised on the hotel site or Booking.com and should be, was that the hotel has a great restaurant open at 5 pm for dinner, has some variety and the Brazilian steak was outstanding for $24. The breakfast (7-9 am) was a tasty hot and cold buffet, with scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausages and great waffles. Free shuttle to and from the airport was efficient and had a very pleasant and safe driver (leaves on the hour from hotel and half hour from airport), but contact the hotel directly for directions to the pick up point (door 7 level 2) at the airport and to let them know you need pick up so the driver knows to look for you at the airport, show up 15 min early because if the driver has everyone, they may leave a bit early due to traffic and no parking at the airport. The cruise ship shuttle to the Miami port costs $15. A cab/uber is $50.

The carpets in the hallways need replacing. Some stains.

The room was spacious, there was an attached room with couch, and desk. Bed was extremely comfy, bed sheets felt like silk. Nice ambience, the hotel has a very nice decoration and it has a restaurant which is a plus when your flight arrive late at night - the restaurant is open till 10 PM. We ate a pretty decent picanha there.

The breakfast is included BUT it is open from 7AM till 9 AM which is absolutely a nonsense in my opinion. The first shuttle is available from 7 AM so in our case we had to go to the airport with empty stomachs. My suggestion is that the Hotel would provide a grab and go breakfast for the early birds- small things like fruits, small boxes of juice, muffin, cookies. Very often international flights are set to take off  early in the morning so it was a bummer knowing we had to skip breakfast in order to take the first shuttle. I bet this happens all the time.

The location, depending on the traffic the time to the airport could be best or worst. The carpets need better cleaning.

Nice big room, cool (although noisy) air con, reasonable breakfast included. Coffee maker in the the room, but only 1 coffee sachet provided.

The airport pick up was a disaster, the hotel message said on the hour from the airport, but that was not true, its from the hotel which is 30 minutes away. We waited from 3.40pm to 4.30pm. If we'd known it was a 50 minute wait we would have got an uber. Then the receptionist totally messed up our checkin, tried 3 cards said they were all declined until my husband showed her it had actually been charged our bank account very stressful experience after a 10 hour flight.
