Shuttle to cruise port for $ 15 .

Breakfast was included but disappointing. The toaster wouldn't toast after 3 run tries .there seem to be a leak in the ceiling so a towel was on the floor both the towel / wet floor fall Hazzard! The shuttle ends at 8pm with a delayed flight had to find my own way.

Proximity to MIA airport, free shuttle to/from airport and breakfast.

Shuttle took approx 30 minutes from the time it left hotel to arrive to airport to pick up guests. At the time of our pickup, we noticed shuttle was also providing service for quality inn hotel guests. Those guests were dropped off first to their hotel and then Wingate second . So anyone using shuttle service should factor in additional time to their arrival or departure from airport if they intend to use the service to avoid any delays. The lighting was also very dim in bathroom. Not enough for applying makeup. And the toilet was not leveled, or kissing a bolt.

It was modern. The staff was friendly and the shuttle service to and from the AirPort was efficient.

The breakfast was good but it was the same thing each day. Limited.

Good location for an overnight stay, and quite affordable compared to others. The first room I checked into wasn't prepared fully and bed sheets weren't changed, but they immediately moved me to a different room.

If you use the airport shuttle, be very attentative because at busy times it is chaos and the shuttle will stop and go very quickly. I got to the meeting point about 8 minutes before the shuttle was meant to pass by, but I guess it was earlier than it was supposed to be and I missed it, which meant I had to wait another hour for it to come by again. Other than that I didn't have any other issues with my stay

Ideal for our one night stay - beds comfortable etc. Food was as expected. Close to Miami airport. There was a shuttle from the airport although we did have to wait 1hr for the pickup.

It would have been good to have accurate time for the pickup from the airport - we had to wait an hour and weren’t sure it would come. As we Only had UK based phones we couldn’t phone the hotel to check on timings.

Our flights out of Miami were cancelled. By the time we tried for a hotel, we couldn't get a room so we spent the night in the airport. Wingate advised we come first thing in the morning and it would get us into a room before the normal 3 pm check-in. We were able to check in around 9:30 am which was wonderful.

The shuttle did not run frequently enough.

The airport shuttle service is definitely worth the cost and adds great value to the stay. The front desk staff, especially Mr. Tyler, was outstanding and always helpful, attentive, and readily available whenever needed. The hotel offers a pleasant ambience with reliable WiFi, and the breakfast provided was decent. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-supported stay. Another plus is the convenient location, with plenty of dining options nearby, including Taco Bell, McDonald’s, and even a 24-hour gas station right next to the hotel.

There are a few areas for improvement. Housekeeping is currently scheduled once every three days, which could be changed to every alternate day, as guests need to empty bins themselves in between. The pillows are quite worn out and would benefit from being upgraded or renewed for better comfort, as they felt rather saggy. Additionally, the air-conditioning in Room 517 in the entry room requires fixing to ensure a more comfortable stay.

Very clean. Very nice people at the front desk. Good parking. Nice room. AC was nice and cold. Nicely decorated. Perfect ADA accessible passenger loading zone.

ADA mobility bathtub room was missing the secured tub seat. The handheld shower bar holder where the handheld want connects to use it as a standings shower was broken. There were no data ports in the room. There was no Kleenex in the room. No coffee 24/7 in the lobby. The included free breakfast had one pot of horrible nasty coffee served in tiny Styrofoam cups. The good coffee was a PAID option. That is just petty, cheap, and a disgusting tactic by management. It made the breakfast a complete disappointment.

Nice modern facility, lobby, bar and restaurant area. Rooms and the bathroom were okay.

Maintenance appears to be lacking. Had issue with thermostat that would not adjust. No maintenance person on hand to resolve the issue. Toilet seat was loose. Towel holder was loose. With proper regular maintenance staff, this hotel has the potential to rank very highly. Also couple of towels were dirty. Housekeeping needs to be more attentive to these issues. Breakfast was okay but the sausage was not regular breakfast sausage but less desirable hotdog sausage. Breakfast ends at 9:00 am which is too early. Needs to be 10:00 am. The bathroom lighting is insufficient.

Oh my goodness everything. I loved the location. Even though I wanted to be in walking distance of the mall I still appreciated the distance The hotel was clean and I enjoyed the daily housekeeping service. The breakfast was good and my family and I enjoyed it. Suggestion I’m not a coffee fan so maybe include some herbal tea options or hot chocolate options to the menu The reception staff both day and night were amazing, kind, and accommodating . In the words of our favourite receptionist… no you’re the best 🤣😂 So excited to book our next stay Oh yes let me say to future guest what you see in the photos it’s the real deal. I was scared as a first time guest to an international hotel because I know and I have heard how some hotels don’t update their photos to reflect the true environment but here is not the case.

It’s not a didn’t like but more of a suggestion. I didn’t know Miami was soooo populated with Spanish speaking residents so my biggest issue was not being able to communicate with some of the staff and the locals around the area. However the staff and I still got a good laugh out of the experience because of how we tried to communicate with each other. I loved it there and can’t wait to be back 💕
