I had such a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect—close to fantastic shops and malls, which made getting around and finding things to do incredibly easy and convenient. The room was extremely comfortable, quiet, and clean—everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. From the bed to the lighting and amenities, everything was well thought out and made me feel right at home. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about my stay. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is a wonderful place to stay. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip!

The hotel itself was very nice. We stayed here the night before our cruise. The breakfast was decent and the room was comfy. I appreciated the 2 bottles of water at check-in as well.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was appreciated BUT, it was a very long wait and the drive time was long. We also had bought the transfer to the port the next morning and that took forever waiting for it to arrive at the hotel. They use a 3rd party. We ended up calling for a rideshare because it took so long. Also the immediate area is just ok. We looked for food nearby and luckily found a Cane's chicken within walking distance.

We stayed for one night before our flight and had an excellent experience. We were able to check in early, the room was clean and comfortable, and there was always coffee available in the lobby. The airport shuttle was great - efficient, fast, and dropped us off right at the gate. Very convenient and friendly service, highly recommended.

The only downside was breakfast, which was very poor – no vegetables and only a very limited selection.

The location and the hotel were perfect. I will definitely stay again when I visit Miami. The hotel was clean, and the cleaning staff did a great job each day cleaning and restocking our supplies.

The breakfast choices were really good. The only thing that was annoying was that another guest was coughing around all of the food and did not even attempt to cover her mouth 😒.

I did not like the vent in the bathroom it works on sensor and my dog walking in the hall would turn it on and it stays on for a while. Hampton usually has a good breakfast but this breakfast not so good. Sausage gravy was left in a container on counter to get cold, no coffee and biscuits was hard as a rock but waffles were good.

Perfect location. Not too far from airport and not too far from shoppingmalls. Parking is free. Neighbourhood is quiet but plenty things around for food. Rooms are nice and clean. I arrived at 1230 and I was given a room even though checkin was at 1500. This is always my hotel in Miami.

That breakfast is till 0900 only. Till 0930 would be better.

It was a great hotel for our overnighter. It had a free airport shuttle, with a friendly driver. We arrived at 7:00pm, & were happy to just walk next door for tacos. Spacious, clean room & very comfy king bed. The breakfast room was lovely, & the buffet was excellent! A really nice pool & lounge area, as we had a 6:00pm flight & were able to hang out for a few hours after checkout. Staff were really friendly & helpful too.

The room deodorizer they use. A bit of a long wait for the shuttle when coming from the airport. But it was rush hour. Seems pricey for an older hotel, but it was spring break & Miami airport is expensive.

Close to City Place Doral. A good amount of restaurants in a walking distance. If you need to get to any other parts of Miami, this hotel is just 2 minutes away from the highway, which is absolutely awesome. It had a lot of parking space. The security guard, Mario, was the friendliest person there, although everyone was polite. The breakfast is varied. You get cereals, oatmeal, breads, pancakes, fresh fruits, and so on. I'm planning on coming back to Doral, so I'm definitely staying here. This Miami was a birthday gift for my younger brother, as this was his first time ever traveling, and did this hotel exceed his expectations too!

Great Location, great breakfast, free and ample parking, right next to a strip mall with restaurants and fast food

Upon check in, they said I didn’t have a reservation. Had to show them email confirmation. Also asked if I can pay my bill in cash, they said only card payments, however after checkout, another representative said that we could have.
