Last minute booking due to Hurricane Milton. I had a change to my booking and the Front Desk Manager stepped up BIG time and went above and beyond to assist me with issues I had in dealing with Booking.com.. Additionally, the front desk staff was warm and friendly. Great location to MIA and Port Miami. I will definitely use this property in the future. I must say that I've travelled alot, but the staff at this property really went above and beyond to assist me during the stress of a hurricane.

The rooms were very clean. The check in process was smooth. The breakfast was included, and even at lunch, the buffet was free for the kids. They were ready to serve food at poolside too which was a plus. Overall it was a good staying experience.

At one point, a gecko jumped into the pool while we were in it, which scared the kids a little. This hotel is more tuned to people who want ot stay near the airport rather than downtown Miami, or Miami beach, so please keep that in mind when booking.

The rooms at the venue were spacy & comfortable with a good TV, free efficient WIFI. The bathroom in the room was clean and light. My room was serviced every day. The property is close to Local Bars, Walmart & fast food if you choose, although the bar and Restaurant at the hotel are both exceptional.

The only thing I would have liked was my own hotel laundry room, instead of having to get my clothes laundered by a third party.

We spent an unforgettable holiday in this hotel. All the staff were very attentive and friendly, reception, cleaning staff, restaurant and bar waiters. The hotel has a very tasty and varied breakfast. Near the hotel you will find everything you need, parking, grocery stores and restaurants. It is convenient to get from the hotel to anywhere in Miami by car. The area where the hotel is located is clean and safe. We got the feeling of not just relaxing in a hotel, but being welcomed by a family. The hotel management does an excellent job and the quality of your stay at this hotel exceeds expectations. We have also stayed in identical rated hotels in Miami but did not have the same personalized service as a customer. We highly recommend this hotel for both business trips and holidays with children.

The staff was great, location is also very good and they offer free shuttle within 3 miles. Overall good option to stay at Doral Miami. Thanks for the good service.

I had issue with a room with a heavy smoke smell, staff was quick to resolve the issue by changing rooms. Appreciate it but it was a hassle and lost of time.

I must say I liked it everything about this property the cleanliness the staff accommodations and the atmosphere the ambience everything was 10 out of 10.

I liked everything about this hotel. I think the food needs a little more improvement for breakfast but other than that, everything was wonderful..

I just love the hotel was absolutely beautiful, especially at Christmas time and the decoration interior was awesome and the hospitality of the staff was amazing

The hospitality of the staff and the maids there were just absolutely beautiful. I had some cosmetic surgery and they comforted me very well

Lots of sockets in the room, good Wi-Fi, nice breakfast, big comfy beds, lots of storage. Safe, coffee making facilities. Two rooms together request was fulfilled. Shuttle to Dolphin Mall. Nice exterior, pool. Nice bathroom amenities.

We were on our honeymoon and the customer service we received from Conrad/Lynette was exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay one of a kind. They made us feel as though we were right at home amongst family. We're sure to return because of the wonderful staff you have at Inter-Continental Doral Miami.
