We did not stay long enough to make an effective assessment however the hotel was quaint. And the bed was comfortable there was a welcomed amount of amenities to the room and the furnishing and decor were ok.

The bath was not clean. The wooden floors. There seemed to be no lift for unit 10 our studio suite was on the second floor. Hence the dislike for the wooden floors. The front staff was friendly and informative

The property offered everything we needed and was very accommodating.

The desk in my room was in a location that didn't get good wifi. When uploading or downloading, I would have to move to the kitchen until it was done. Then return to the desk with the laptop. Small inconvenience for the price of our stay.

Everything was less than 15 minutes from the hotel. Pool was clean and ready to use. Staff were lovely, quick and efficient.

Found a few roaches crawling the stove inside the fridge and on the counter. Hate using dishwashers would prefer a bottle of liquid dish soap and rag to clean dishes myself.

We liked the place, very big and comfy, near many stores and the airport, great service, great and fair breakfast, we really liked and we would choose them again of course!

The spoons and forks were not clean enough in our kitchen

The folks were very friendly, the location was great, love that you could walk around at night and what appeared to be a gated area.

As I suggested to the facility when we have eight people coming, there is only enough pans, silverware, etc., for one to two people

I like the apartment style hotels. The room I chose was spacious and clean.

They don’t have heat, only A/C it had gotten to 40 degrees while I was down there in December. The breakfast is nothing special at all. And they don’t have housekeeping, so I stayed for a full week and couldn’t even sweep the floor cause when I asked for a broom they said they don’t have one but also don’t have house keeping. They’re also very stingy with towels. If I’m staying a whole week just give me the amount of towels I ask for, I had to go get towels everyday.

The breakfast was very good. The location was good also,close to the malls i wanted to go to.

I did not have any issues, I felt secure, and I loved that I had laundry facilities.

Water leak problem in bathroom and towels that should be thrown away.

The suite was spacious and was nice to have the pool outside.

It was very loud every time an airplane flew over due to the close proximity to the airport and there was no seal on the door to the suite. The main door went directly outside and the weather stripping did not meat the farm at any point around the 4 corners of the door so you could hear every person walk by and more importantly EVERY airplane that flew over at all hours of the night.

I like that the bedroom and leaving area are separated

It was convenient and quite , But the room need some repairs de bath top looks dirty.
