Didn't have breakfast at the hotel. Like the location and the room.

When Checking in the employee mixed up the names and we ended up with a room that we didn't chose and charged my credit card for two rooms instead of one, and for a rate that wasn't ours. Fortunately, I called the premises and Lorena help me out with everything and all turned out well.

The rooms were nice, clean and updated. Central area, near shopping centers and easy access to getting a quick bite. We were visiting family. Great for a night.

The staff wasn’t the friendliest. At check in the agent had no energy or enthusiasm, very transactional service. At checkout there was no acknowledgement of me waiting there, when the agent was done checking out the previous guest. There was No thanks or gratitude for having stayed either.

For the price of $150 for one night they should’ve offered some type of breakfast. They just had a restaurant/bar that they wanted you to pay for over priced food and drinks.

We got a upgraded room for an anniversary which was very nice of them. We also loved the pool.

There was no breakfast, they had a Starbucks style bistro but the staff member working it was in the back the whole time.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The property was clean. Only problem that I had was water pressure was low. Very close to shopping centers and the stadium.

This Courtyard Marriott gets my highest recommendation for hotel stay. From check in to check out, the service was 5 star. The staff were all so hospitable, kind and accommodating. Our night manager Jay was the absolute best. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Having a microwave and fridge in our room was a convenience that was much appreciated, especially since we were travelling with our 8 year old child. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in South Florida except in the home of my family members. This team made us feel like family for the week we were there. This team really set the bar. We are definitely going to be back.

the front desk in my checking try to charge for the room she say the car is declined I explain I ready pay when I make the reservation whit booking so she charge 30 dollars for security she say returning to my credit card that’s all

Hotel is in a great location near restaurants, shopping etc. Rooms clean, beds comfortable, beautiful patio with a great pool. Staff very helpful and cordial. This is our home away from home when in South FL.
